I have been coming to New Hi-Lites Hair Factory for many years. I can't believe I never shared a review, but I wanted to give a shout out to the salon for their great work and environment they provide. I always call ahead and ask if they are busy because I can never commit to appointments. I do walkins and when they tell me that they are able to take me in I never wait more than 15 minutes for them to start on my hair. Now to my hair; I have long, dry, curly and frizzy hair.

I have been coming to New Hi-Lites Hair Factory for many years. I do walkins and when they tell me that they are able to take me in I never wait more than 15 minutes for them to start on my hair. Now to my hair; I have long, dry, curly and frizzy hair. It also colored. When I leave my hair is always smooth, and silky. Just went in this weekend to change up my look and again I am super happy with my results. This is after 2 days after washing. Please see pictures. I have gotten haircuts and they never cut more than you tell them. I have gotten keratin treatments and have died my hair. Not only they have great services they are super affordable! Some hairstylists these days charge an arm and a leg. I love New Hi Lites. Definitely will recommend.

Great service. My wife goes here and I usually just take my daughter. They make her feel comfortable and she always come out with a smile. They do a great job and her looking forward to going to the salon makes it worth it +++

Been going here for years, until I moved, They have always done a wonderful job, with my color. 5 stars all the way, but the last time I went (I was in town) I walked in and there were no customers only Giovanna I thought cool, I sat at the station and wanted usual hi lites and roots done and a haircut a long bob, shoulder length (show me a picture) I'm thinking what don't you know what a Bob is?? But shoulder length not chin length?? I felt as though she was rushing (still no other customer) hi lite and roots done all foiled up (still no other customer) a customer walked in, and I felt even more like she was rushing because when she cut my hair it was chin length not shoulder length (I was a little ticked off) I mean who travels from another state to get there hair done I did but dang what a disappointment that your hairdresser of 5 years didn't really give a crap, it was disappointing! (And NO the walk in didn't have an apartment) she was just a walk in like me! Needless to say besides that one incident I'll have to down grade to 3.5 stars if I ever travel back to California maybe I'll give them another chance... (((Remember we chose your company your company didn't choose us)))... It's about making your customers feel wanted NOT UNWANTED.

I always come here and have been coming for more than 5 years now. I love the environment both mom and daughter do a great job. Very affordable and very good job. I always leave looking different and with softer hair. I recommend this salon to all. My mom and cousins come here now. Love it.

This salon is owned by a mom and her daughter. I've came here 3 times in total. The first time I had no complaints. My haircut was really nice.The second time, the mom cut and did belayage highlights. Her interpretation of what belayage highlights are at least. I was disappointed to say the least. My hair felt super dry and did not blend out with the rest of my hair. When she tried cutting my hair, she had to have her daughter help her because she could not follow the photo example i had (which she told me was doable to begin with). All i was looking for was a straight bob with a layer or two. The daughter helped and i liked the haircut. This past weekend i went in to the daughter trusting she could cut my hair good considering the last haircut. I was so mistaken. she butchered and messed up my hair. i asked for a straight bob. I specifically said "NOT A round bob"! I had a photo example and everything which i showed her like 4 times because she kept asking to see it. She confirmed the length with me too. So i did not ask her to dry and style my hair because i wanted to go home and shower after a long morning of running errands. Of course hair looks different when wet and I did notice the length was shorter than i expected but i thought "hey, it will grow out. Ill try something new." So I get home, showered and dried and attempt to style my hair. HOLY S**** I have never been so upset. My hair looked like she randomly just ran the scissors through my hair. To top it off, she cut it off in a short round bob and i had a whole lot of missing strands she did not cut. The whole haircut is trash. These two women need to go back to school and practice some more. By the looks of some of these reviews/pictures most of these clients have low standards on what a good haircut/hairstyle is. I never saw the reviews until now and thought i should share my experience. I take full accountability for trusting this woman with my haircut. I guess it is true, you do get what you pay for. Thankfully, i have an aunt who does hair and she helped fix it. I will attach photos of what i was looking for and what i got instead. I really do not recommend going here.

Giovanna did an amazing job on my color and highlights! I also got a keratin treatment which makes my hair feel amazing. She takes her time and listens to what you want. You will leave her chair with beautiful hair!
