The people here are so rude I barely walked into the store and I wasn't even acknowledged at all until I told them something and instead of helping me out they send me elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. If you want to go to an actual UPS drop off go to the one in Colima and Azusa where it's more friendly too and the staff are very helpful too

Bad service. Do not do fingerprint scans at this location. They don't acknowledge or follow DOJ hours listed on the website. Go to the UPS location at 17128 Colima Rd, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745. They gave no issues and honor walk-ins.
