Akiko, the owner always does an excellent job grooming our little yorkie. She is also always very pleasant and the grooming salon has a calm inviting atmosphere. She doesn't keep our doggie there for 2-3 hours as was our experience at other groomers. Service is usually completed in just over an hour.

This is a small business pet groomer shop. I really enjoy this small groomer because they really take care of your pet. You do not feel like a number as other places. Owner takes her time and knows all her customers personally. They take time to groom your dog and I do appreciate supporting small business. It is not a cheap , in and out groomer shop, where you feel like just a number and not personable. , it may be a bit more but worth the time and convenience.

Terrible customer service, very stuffy in facility. Went to inquire about grooming for my two terriers. Entered business, door activated bell went off....no one came to see who entered. Waited 5 more minutes still no one, I rung the bell on counter near sign in sheet...still no one. Finally a Asian lady peeked around wall and quickly disappeared. Still waiting she reappeared and I stated I am here to see what her services for grooming would be costs would be. I stated I live up the street and wanted to support small local business. Let alone woman owned minority owned business. That didn't phase her!!!She said she was busy. I felt she didn't want me as a customer. You had to be there! Lived in this community for 32 years. Very disappointed and would not recommend considering her services. Just keeping it real!

I took my dog here for a few years but I ended up switching due to poor communication and the owner being terribly rude . I was late a few times to pickup my dog and the last time I left him she looked at me and rudely said "I don't trust you, you're always late ." She never brought it to my attention before and the reason I'm always late is partly because she says two hours and then finishes in about an hour . She also takes a day or two to respond to grooming requests, monitors her calls, etc. Also the last few times I took my dog there the haircut was uneven and the style looked sloppy . I gave her good tips each time for arriving late which is why I also didn't think it was a big deal but after this last time I don't feel comfortable going back . She is very rude and acts like she's doing you a favor by grooming your pet . I found another groomer that is super sweet and welcoming and does not possess the bad attitude and anger this one does . Honestly, there are way too many groomers out there to choose this one . I really wanted to support local business but she's just too rude .

I was extremely disappointed with their service, they are overpriced and did a mediocre job on my dog, they also forgot to put the collar back and I have not been able to pick it up because they have not answered the door during business hours

I love bringing my dogs here! She really takes the time with each of my dogs. She's the best ! I highly recommend Hana's Pets. She also takes all the precautions with COVID. Sanitizer, Mask, plexiglass etc...

Akiko is so friendly and sweet to my little Ruby. She gets me in quickly and does a great job. Very happy with her service! Pricing is great too, less than petsmart and more services provided.

I've been calling for days now to try to set up an appointment and get pricing. No answer. Out of coincidence I was driving to Petco to get my puppy groomed and notice what I would assume is the owner walking inside the store. I got off the car was pulling my puppy out and she ran out and said "We're closed! By appointment only!" I said well I have been calling to set up an appointment and no one answers. "Leave a message!" She replied yelling back at me... So my intentions were to find someone locally and support their business. I was planning to set up monthly grooming for my pup and we'll I guess she's just too busy to care about obtaining new business.

Akiko is absolutely wonderful. She is very responsive, direct, and gentle (both with customers and doggies alike). We like our sweet Malshi to have a softer look, and Akiko always cleans her up without cutting too much. Her prices are reasonable and the work is high quality. Thanks Akiko!
