Daisy is very helpful and always goes out of her way to make sure I get what I need. As a matter of fact, all the employees have been great at the South Hacienda Blvd location.

Staff is incompetent & useless. Came to pick up a prescription waited for 30 min just for them to say my ID wasn’t valid. They also didn’t let me use the restroom while other cvs locations allow customers to use their restrooms.

The pharmacist, Wildon Jian, in the CVS Hacienda Heights, was rude and didn't care about the customer. Today, the same pharmacist, Wilson Jian, told me I had to return at 7:00 p.m. when I dropped my list of 3 items at 5:44 p.m. and, at that time, didn't have a customer. He told me that it was a big order, too many items. Three items mean too many for him? How lazy he is. I have been with this pharmacy for decades of my prescription and have never had any issues. It never took over 20 minutes until the pharmacist, Wilson Jian, was in charge, so I removed my list, canceled my presentations, and moved on to other pharmacies. We have been with this branch of CVS for decades and, most of the time, had a nice service. That all depends on which pharmacist is in charge at the time.

One of the female staff at the pharmacy is HORRIBLE! Most RASTIS person I have ever seen. I hope CVS gives proper training to their staffs.

girl working here had the worst attitude. Asked for help with the photos and it looked like it was such a chore to her. She then gave me photos of the wrong size and didnt even bother cutting them. Have to take new photos somewhere else, totally useless.

This is the worst pharmacy! Don't use this pharmacy there is always some issue with getting your prescription! If I could give zero stars I would. Please don't come to this pharmacy.
