I come to this CVS to fill my prescription for my refill for my medication. I do like to buy the dark chocolates and sometimes the black licorice when I come here with my own cash by myself. There is a lot of seasonal dark chocolates located in Aisle 8 such as the Ferrero Roacher Dark Chocolate Ornaments (Available on Christmas Time), The Ferrero Roacher Dark Chocolate bars, Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate With Whole Hazelnuts bar, Lindt and Sprungli (big bar and excellence bar), Ghirardelli Roasted Hazelnut Heaven bar and the Storck Toffifay are all the dark chocolates that contains hazelnuts. The premium chocolate bars are now each individual between the prices of $5-$6.30.

Pharmacy is ok. Lots of space on store shelves without product. Short staffed. Was forced to use self checkout. Reminds me of every single store going out of business. Will transfer my prescriptions out of store.

I only ever come to CVS to develop my photos and usually it is super quick and easy. However, it seems like recently they've hired new people with horrible customer service skills. the two young lady's who wear glasses (usually working at the register) need to be fired immediately! they are rude and goof around even when there's a line of people waiting. i waited 30 minutes just for a bag .. incredible, i won't be back here

I switched to Rite Aid to this CVS to save money and I have CVS Pharmacy insurance. Well you get what you pay for because this CVS is Skidrow. I've switched back to Rite Aid with Chong and got good customer service. The Middle Eastern CVS Manager Pharmacist with the beard, has been rude and disrespectful to me, my wife and, my doctors. My doctor called me on the weekend on his own time to tell me the Pharmacist was rude but he used other colorful language. But then upon arrival tonight this guy had the nerve to tell me I'm rude and to stop pointing and him when I called him out on his BS. He had my wife on hold from Nogales near the Chevron until I got to the CVS Pharmacy counter. He told my wife he didn't have pills in stock and ultimately he did. Because I walked out with the pills he said he didn't have. I even asked to find another CVS to get my wife's Rx before he filled them prior to him filling. Did he even entertain the idea for pills he didn't have? No! I hope some day he gets reported to whatever pharmacist committee he reports to and loses his license to fill prescriptions. He's a lie, a cheat, and a snake and shouldn't be a pharmacist period. Anyone that has an issue call the Regional or District Manager and report him. He doesn't need to be filling prescriptions.

Dear CVS Why are condoms behind locked vitrines? Given the super sensitive nature on the topic of unwanted conception lately, they should actually be free. But as you're a commercial business I guess that's not going to happen. And as the government gets most things wrong, they will not understand this concept either: to chip in and make this product free. Which would be a much better "bang for the buck" of tax money then most if their other "ideas". But CVS, at least make sure these products are easy to access and don't require a store employee to open up the vitrines for you, for a product like this. Really.....

Do not recommend this location. Staff was not friendly or professional and their self checkout kiosks are terrible. Lady next us had issues with the kiosk and only had two things without needing assistance to buy lip balm and such.

I went to pick up my prescription and the staff name Cynthia in the pharmacy with the glasses and pony tail was super rude and had a very bad attitude. She told me she can't find my prescription and she told me to call my doctor with really bad attitude. I told her maybe it's not on the system yet the doctor said to wait 10 mins and she just ignore and left. After 10mins I was going to ask her to check up on the system again but she told me I won't get my prescription if I just stand and wait over there, I have to go to drop-off first.???She can tell me at the first place. My eyes was really hurt and she treats me very poorly. I will leave a zero star if I can.

This place just keeps going down hill. Of course management changes again and they have hired people who have no knowledge of their own sales. I purchased two "not your mothers" hair product items. Both buy one get one 50% off. Plus there's a coupon for $2 off any $6 of hair products. The cashier fatema tells me that I need to buy two of the exact same items and I don't understand their sales. I explain to her multiple times and she is insistent, so I tell her to go read the sign and she response I know my sales. Okay cool, she goes and asks the manager and the manager says it's exactly I say it is. So when I try to show her a picture of the sales tag and explain to her that's what I said, FATEMA (cashier) turns around and says that's what I told you, I was just saying the register wasn't doing it. Seriously dude so I tell her she is a liar and she starts going off on me. Then the manager Chrissy protects her when I start to put her in her place. Learn your sales CVS employees. If your customer has to tell you how it works then s*** maybe I should be working here instead of you. Don't ever yell at your customers it's disgustingly disrespectful, just because I know more than you.

I when to picked a prescription and Hispanic lady blond hair was so rude to me. I'm not asking for something free . She told me in 30-45 minutes should be ready I came back in 50 minutes and it wasn't ready . I spent 1 hr more waiting for my medicine at the end wasn't ready . I asked the same lady why it was still not ready . She was so unfriendly & rude . I don't understand why people are not happy doing there job .

Hacienda heights store employees are Terrible that is why I go to this store instead of the store that is obviously closer to my home. They are not educated about the beauty club and what items are included in it. I was in a huge argument with a cashier there over this. Also they do not follow the rules of the extra bucks, store discounts on items, or extracare card rules and promotions, they just make up their own rules and run the store however they like. This is unacceptable

Very disappointed for the rude and disrespectful customer service representative, "Daisy"... I was receiving a money order to assist me with my father's funeral services. We lost him to cancer recently. God bless "City of Hope" and there beautiful and helpful understanding and ever so patient staff", and have some family who can't make it out this way for the services, so they money ordered a contribution toward the fee. Bless them all.I have no knowledge of how money order is ran through CVS and gave this woman The confirmation number I was provided . Instead of Instructing me to go to the money order machine And validate the transaction She instead gave me gave me a snide and snobby attitude looking at me and from what I can only assume passing judgment on my appearance discriminating me and laughing at me when the transaction was declined. I came in a second time when I felt that I had the problem solved only for her to demean me in front of other customers implying I was lying about the money order or it was fraudulent. Finally I was instructed to try the machine which validated the transaction and then was instructed to go back to cashier and given the money. Which she again gave a snicker at the amount of money I was receiving and laughed in my face. Very rude person who should not be in customer service. Today's date is May 1st of 2022 and the time was 17:46 pm
