I been going to this animal hospital for over 12 years they are the best, they have work with me even when my budget was low and my dog got parvo. Dr Sam I’d a great person and the staff is amazing, I highly recommend this place.

I spent 1100 dollars. They could not help my pet, and then sold me an apparatus. I returned it the following Monday without it being opened and the manager flat out refused to refund it saying " we just can't". I have been with them for two years, giving them thousands of dollars yet they refuse to refund their client for a measley 100 dollars. The manager gets turned on turning down their own clients. It shows how much they value the clients who hire them!

Do not go here! Go to Washington Boulevard Animal Hospital instead. It is not far from this one. It’s worth the drive! You are paying for your pets care. The price is better there for better care. Please, I beg you not to come here. I am not writing this to ruin someone’s livelihood or business, but to save your pet’s life and your money! smelled of Poop and pee. the worker took a bath towel and wiped up the pee Without spraying it or ensuring all of the pee was wiped up. You can still see lots of pee! The workers didn’t look like they enjoyed their jobs or animals, looked so unhappy, and was short when I asked questions! Imagine how they treat the animals when they are taken to the back. The dogs in the back were crying, barking, and howling.
Long story short: we spent 3 visits here and it all started due to an ear infection. She passed away within 10 days of this initial visit. The ear infection wasn’t treated with all the necessary medications, this became a bigger problem, developed a fever, and started to have seizures lasting 3 mins to 6 mins. 1 seizure was during an exam where he wrapped both hands around her neck as if he was strangling her without an explanation and the doctor did nothing. We ended up taking Lili to Washington Boulevard Animal Hospital. They attempted to call Colima pet hospital for medical records and the doctor tried to get a verbal report from here but they refused.
Lili ended up being at the new hospital for 3 days before we had to say goodbye. She had a seizure every day even on 3 seizures meds. She never recovered from the 6 min seizure. She ended up never getting her vision, hearing, smell, or taste back. She wasn’t able to control anything from her neck down. She didn’t look the same. It was like she wasn’t there anymore. Like brain dead. :( we spent so much money to try to keep her alive and help her be better. It was so sad the care she got from Colima but so happy that she got better care for the remaining 3 days of her life at Washington.

Took my dog to get a c-section I took 2 time to get checked if she was ready, they told me she was so I went ahead. At arrival they told me 1 puppy didn't make it , I noticed another puppy breathing weird, they said it was fine. Came home that puppy died with in hours . Next day I lost 2 more from. I took my puppies to another vet and explained everything I was told they were taken out to early and that's why they died. Never again I will put my babies life in hands of irresponsible people. You go and give your trust because supposedly they know best, I was wrong .

Colima Animal is Heaven send. The staff is very helpful and the price for services even emergency services are Very reasonable. Thank you Colima Animal Hospital for the great service and unbelievable cost.

I took my dog here, and all they did was kill him… Samir and the Female doctor were arguing and my dog was giving out and I was begging them to hurry up and act and they disregarded me they asked me to leave quickly and go outside, when they called me and my family they told us he was not doing well but never did he clearly mention he was gone already and Samir left the facility quickly before they even brought him out to us and the nurses handed us our dog Which he was giving his lasts breaths at that point… He told us he had to sedate him and that was the reason as to why He wasn’t responding to us when we called out for his name we trusted him so we took him home because thats what Dr Samir told us to do when we made it home our dog was still not responding to us so we panicked and took him to the ER thats where they told us that he was dead and that this hospital did absolutely nothing to help him. We are incredibly heart broken and upset at the amount of unprofessionalism from this hospital’s part and how they just continue to stay open even after they do such things like this.
Do not bring your dog here. Is all I can say. No one and their family deserves to go through this amount of pain over someone else's poor actions .

dr.sam & his assistants are amazing at what they do . ive been here 2 times for a c section 550$ & 750 if its an emergency c section which is a great price . when you know your in great hands . this is my frenchie favorite vet ❤️

Called on 09/30 @5:30pmish to ask what is the estimated time a dog would be held for so a doctor can examine (which i thought was a simple question) too bad a got a female name Zabrina who can NOT answer that question. Since every doctor has his or her own practice. Although I would have understood time will not be exact, im not looking for an exact time again i asked for an estimate I would have been okay with a 1 to 6 hour estimate cause at least it something but no guess thats impossible to find out. Nevertheless Ms.Zabrina was rude over the phone kinda gross to hate your job that much you can't answer a question so simple over the phone. I saw that there's a recent review on her as well really hope this clinic reviews phone calls because ew. Used to love coming here all the time but slowly became a terrible spot. This would be it, not gonna come back here.

Came in on a Saturday right when they opened. Waited two hours + and watched the older front desk lady (Zabrina) be impatient and rude to customers who did not speak English or Spanish. Making rude remarks. Also talking to her staff saying, “putting your faith in the wrong people”
Finally got put in a room where the younger girl had a way better attitude and was so nice.
Doctor came immediately and was so sweet.
Front desk lady barged into the room and walked through screaming. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came out to pay and she’s continuing to give attitude and have a negative attitude: Once my cat gets better I’m never coming back here. This lady is crazy! As I wait to pay Marina or Zabrina is cussing and slamming stuff around. Who’s her boss, why is she still here! She’s so unwelcoming, rude, and racist

I drive an hour to take my dog there. They have excellent medical services. Front desk needs more friendly service but the vets in general are great. Affordable prices too. I visited different vet offices but this one was the only one helping with a planned C section for my tea cup Maltese. Other places refused to help and she almost died with her first pregnancy, adding that the 2 puppies didn’t make it. This office offered a great service and thanks to them my dog is a live and her 2 puppies too.
