I started going here 3 months ago after finishing 2 rounds of PT for an ankle I broke last year. I'm only able to go 2x a week but in just 3 months I've been able to become stronger and more stable than I was before breaking ankle. I even had persistent pains like in my shoulder, for years, that have disappeared. The classes are challenging but also relaxing. They teach excellent technique for every aspect including how to breathe. Karyn is so helpful in each class encouraging everyone and teaching us how to do each movement better. Yu loves teaching and has me smiling throughout each class. There are a few other instructors. They are all kind and encouraging as well as challenging. Anyone can start here at any skill level and feel accepted and successful.

I don't remember how I came across this place but I've been doing this practice for a while now (3-4 years) and even though I'm still learning I know this practice can help anyone with almost anything. Yoga can help heal feelings of stress, worry, anxiety. It can also help with depression and substance abuse. And so far it's helped me deal with PTSD from being in the service and having 2 combat deployments. It's rewired my brain on now I see myself. To all the teachers and people who keep this studio going, from the bottom of my heart thank you.

The company provided misleading information. Be careful with this company. I am trying to get my money back.

This was my first time coming back to a bikram studio since the Rona changed everything. I was so looking forward to rebuilding my bikram practice, and my first class was just great. Second class not so much. Not because of the instructor. She was wonderful. It wasn't great because I came down a brutal case of norovirus, and I can trace it back to this studio. Of course it was concerning, so I went to the website and tried to call...that's when I found out the listed company number is not in service. I then used their email contact form, in which I asked if they had any other cases, and wanted to ensure that they took cleaning the space seriously. That was 2 weeks ago-still haven't heard from them. Noro can't be killed with alcohol based cleaners or hand sanitizer, so a real effort has to be made to remove it and keep it gone. Since they can't be bothered to activate their business phone, nor return an email related to public health, my expectations that they will do what's necessary to ensure the health and safety of their clientele are subterranean. I'm staying away. Attend at your own risk.

The floor is filthy inside the hot room it's something that would make me lose my focus while on the floor all i could see was the dirt marks especially during the pandemic shouldn't everything be sanitized ? The floor truly looks gross in there it just feels like a dirty room. Masks are demanded to be worn during the first and last breathing exercises which I do not understand because when they say you can take your mask off theres no where to put it but the dirty disgusting floor ! The mask is wet from sweat and then they tell you to take it off and put it back on , it's just counter intuitive at this point. The instructor Karyn is also very intrusive I over heard her asking someone a bunch of questions about their life and the person sounded uncomfortable. We go to yoga to relax and unwind not be interrogated about personal aspects about our lives .

MY PAIN HAS BEEN REDUCED 75% thank you to the Hacienda Heights Fire Yoga for surviving the pandemic and staying open. People with back neck and joint problems are not aware that BIKRAM hot yoga reduces pain significantly amongst other benefits. I am a professional singer entertainer and my body is riddled with sever osteoarthritis. I have total knee replacements and I'm only 55. Thanks for this practice I am able to thrive in my career for many years to come. I couldn't recommend it more. I wish everyone on pain meds with chronic pain could have an opportunity to discover the benefits.

This hot yoga studio was recently renovated. New paint and took the rug out, looks so clean and fresh! I love practicing here, it's a no frills place with some of the most dedicated teachers and staff. Has showers, mats and towels for rent. Bring your own lock and toiletries if you want to take a shower there post nirvana. Water and coconut water for sale. Long haired folks, don't forget to bring hair ties.

My ORIGINAL review got deleted! No where to be found! Shame ON YELP, this is SHADY practice. If I was not concerned about another's healthy I would NOT put this review up! This is an authentic review of true accounts and events! So here it is again. I attended Bikram Yoga in Fullerton; the staff are very nice NOTHING wrong with the staff; this isn't about the staff, rather then a sign to be very careful about the cleanliness of the environment of this place, which is my sole review's intention. I went to bikram yoga for a couple of weeks straight and by every end of the season, I got a sever infection that I've never had before and since never had again. All my infections were after I took the hot yoga class at the Fullerton Bikram yoga even if I took a shower unfortunately I still got infections because the facility still might not been clean enough. Second I don't agree to pay for what I cannot use, so the 2nd point is the package that comes I cannot use. The package that is available isn't good because I wouldn't be able to use it more than 1 or 2 times a week.

This is an awesome place to begin your yoga journey. From beginner, intermediate to advance, all are welcome. I have been practicing here for the past 3 years. It has been an amazing experience. Seeing myself grow physical and emotionally while learning these simple but complex 26 poses has been a defining moment in my retirement. I want to thank all my teachers and peers who have helped me along the way. This community has been helped me become the person I want and sought to be. Thank you and Namaste.
