great helpful friendly customer service. everyone was attentive to all the customers. not just to me. heather was patient and went the extra mile to help me with my problem.

When you have more loan people then tellers, definitely a problem. I go to the bank in La Palma And they have absolutely great service in there. Most people work during the week so they only have Saturday To go to the bank. This is horrible. You guys need to change How you run this bank

10 people in the line but just have 2 bank teller work. I'm here to try to cash a check. It's take 30 minutes to get it done.
