“I take care of my mom’s affairs and my mom has had Paulette Maldonado as an agent for State Farm for many years for their homes, rental properties and auto coverage.
Every time I call they have been so helpful and addressed my concerns. Melinda deserves an enormous shout out, she is very knowledgeable/knows her stuff. When I call and that isn’t often, she knows exactly who I am by my name without me telling her I’m calling regarding my mom’s policies. I don’t have State Farm and I have never met Melinda. She is very efficient and helpful, a true asset to State Farm.
