This is so bad. Thursday morning at about 8 am. When I walked in a homeless man was taking food that he had not paid for. I would have paid for it but I’m not in a financial situation to do it. I paid for my gas and good thing I asked for the receipt. The gas attendant had charged me for his two corn dogs. It’s not the way to do it. I should want and be able to give my money not swindled into it by the gas attendant and the homeless man. Not cool.I see the reply and idk why I would need to call. You can see the video of what exactly happened and look at the receipts. What’s done is done and people need to be careful.People, take your receipts and look at them.Never going back there.

Beware of Debit and Credit card fraud! I charged $10 on a debit card on 11/23 and an hour later they tried to charge $100 on the same card. Good thing the fraud prevention from my bank caught it, send me a message and declined the charge.

24 hours? It's 12:15am. I come here late at night all the time. I go to walk in tonight and they have the doors padlocked from the inside. Not locked like a normal door locks, which is bizarre. No note that they will be right back or that they are on break (like most places do). There is one car parked in the gas lane, but no one it. Hmmmm, I wonder what's going on in there???

So, on this very hot day I was craving a mini mart beef hot, which I know can be satisfying. Due to the Covid virus no condiments are readily not available for self serve. Went up to the counter to pay for my dog and a very kind gentleman named Oscar recommended that I can add a Coca Cola to make a combo for a few cents more. I said Ok, thank you for this offer. He went around the counter to retrieve a cold can of Coca Cola from the cooler for my combo. What service! Above and beyond. I kindly asked for condiments and napkins, he brought me the condiments I requested. 1pkg of mustard and 1pkg of relish.(I only requested condiments I'm actually going to use)I'm so glad for his kindness and AWESOME customer service.Service with a smile.Team OSCAR!

This ppl have a price for cigarrera Newport short $8.14 and they end charging over $10 dls I went back and ask she said that I have to get 2 packs for that price and I can’t change it cuz he suppose to make transactions together REALLY you guys have to put the right price You ppl SUCK

There's another Arco not too far from here that is $0.10 cheaper per gallon. Also, they charge $0.55 for the Ice even though you bring your own cup after you got your gas and even car wash from them when out side is 99 degree. Anyways, I left the store with smile saying thank you..?

Gas pumps over here cheat you the meter is running but you won't get gas!! With all the high prices gas they trying to cheat you!!

DO NOT get a car wash here, when you pay at the pump you don't get a receipt for the car wash you STILL have to go inside. Once you get into the car wash the machine is so sensitive that's once you hit the mark you have to get another code! Too time consuming, and too much of a head ache. Luckily the customer service representative was patient and very kind.

First and LAST time coming here for a Carwash the machine in the side does not work for cards so your have to go in and pay once I paid I went in for the wash as soon as the machine started to go it hit my car tearing off my license plate along with the screws I went in and the guy said "I can only take down the plate number and your information the management is not in at the moment" obviously no call was ever received by anyone....

I come to this gas station twice a week to put gas, I live literally about 2 to 3 minutes away. I ask for them to turn on the air and they say no I gotta pay for it... hmmm I give your gas station 160$ a week for my expedition. And i gotta pay for your air too... luckily someone let me borrow quarters or I would've been s*** out of luck. I will not be going here anymore 76 is my new place
