Went in on a Saturday morning. There was only one lady working, I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and gentle while drawing my blood. Her sweet demeanor put me at ease, and I barely felt a thing!

The lady who did my blood work was very patient and very kind with me. I drove here from Pasadena because the reviews here are much much better and they were right.Thank you to the technician on duty, she was great! ??

I couldn't find this laboratory for the first time. I walked around a few times and couldn't find it. I called her and asked her how to get there. She patiently explained to me how to get there. I found it quickly. I'm really grateful to her for helping me. I save time. Her name is Salad. Sarah (sound), you are also very skilled in all aspects of technology, thumbs up for you!

My husband and I went to this lab first time. Sarah did a great job. She was friendly and had good attitude. We were glad to have her service . She is a very professional phlebotomist.

The phlebotomist there is too rough and too aggressive. The way she look for a vein first is to slap my arm too hard for 8x and the way she put the needle getting in and out is too fast not too gentle and probing too much. I am a phlebotomist myself for 10 years in a hospital and laboratory draw station setting but the treatment there is not satisfying. Not recommend going there because of bad experience. No offense ABC lab but your phlebotomist there is rude and demanding. 2 thumbs down and 1 star rating or should i say 0 stars

If I select ZERO star, I would! The lab tech, Gloria Lee is a rude, obnoxious, unprofessional individual who lacks customer service skills. How do you stick a needle and then fish for veins?! Are you fucking kidding me? Then you say you are sorry and don't be nervous? After I complained loudly about her wrong doing, she proceeded to speak Taiwanese and thought I don't understand. Guess what? I do!!! Yes, I'm angry! Moron Gloria.

First! Great place to get your blood work done. The nurse that works here is excellent! You barely feel the pain of the needle haha and I hate needles. Very fast although there sometime is a huge line. I think they have 2 nurses here but often times I only see one so it takes awhile at times.... Especially since this place is located near hospitals.
