I contacted them and the next day they came to diagnose the problem and fixed everything within an hour. Even gave me extra maintenance tips. Will definitely contact them again in future.

You absolutely cannot find a better repair company than Ace Appliance Repair. Christine went above and beyond to find the part for my Samsung refrigerator. Several of her suppliers took the order then cancelled because of supply issues. But she didn't shrug me off. She kept trying until she was able to get the part. She kept apologizing that it was taking so long to get the part, but I completely understood that it wasn't her fault. I am so appreciative of her coming through. The technician she sent out was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of each step he took to find the problem and cleaned up after himself. I had 2 other repair companies say they would send someone out, but after wasting all day waiting no one came.Seriously, don't waste your time just call Ace Appliance repair first and save yourself time and money. The repair was reasonable priced and I am VERY happy with the whole experience.Service: Refrigerator repair
