This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The personal service and recognition are second to none. I feel well taken care of and I feel like they're a real part of my healthcare team. I go out of my way to come here over Walgreens or CVS - there's no comparison. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to patients.

My only complaint is a selfish one. They told me 45 minutes to fill my pain medication. I had a fractured knee so I was in need, but working in a pharmacy for 10 years, I know how busy it can be behind the scenes. We came back in 40 minutes and the medication was ready. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable (they dont take my insurance and my ID is from out of town). I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

Just because you are located in a small town does not mean that you should close on the weekends people still need their medication over the weekends.

One of the perks of living in a small town is to be able to call your pharmacist and talk with him or her about your medications and Pioneer Drug offers that service. We appreciate that the staff offers a personal touch and smile every time we go there. There is also a nice gift section for that last minute gift idea. They also offer UPS and utility pay.

I don't understand why people would go work in retail if they hate people... I don't demand to be greeted when I go in to places or anything, but the female with the jet black hair (behind the pharmacy counter) really needs to learn customer service skills; I said, "excuse me..." & asked her the location of a product politely & she gave me a 'look' like if she had manure stuck on her upper lip & said, "WHAT!?" all rude & didn't even help me.
