I went to two metro places the store. In machenry was rude and couldn't take. The payment. I had to call a# for $5 plus the$74 I walked out went to gustine and payed I wanted the $40 he gave the $60 said I had to stay for 2 or 3 mo.?????my grandson needs a phone as a lifeline I am looking (unsatisfied )

There is a girl, I wished I knew her name. She was wonderful and professional. I am new to Metro PCS and new to the area. I don’t know anything about the service. I switched from Cricket-she asked me what I am looking for. She was very honest about what features I was looking for in a phone and tablet. She was very kind looking for what was right for me. During the time I was in there she helped some others out but I am a very patient person anyways. I let other people go since it was just a payment. She was quick with them out the door “in a good way”. What I mostly liked about her was she asked me questions in detail. She also answered a lot of my questions. I am very happy with this store.

I usually have great service the owner is a guy who is nice and always makes payment quick and easy. But today it was a rude woman who didnt really understand the business due to the fact that while she was signing someone up for a new phone she made me and 3 other people waiting to pay their phone bills .so i just left i had already wasted 45 minutes plus she was an hour late opening twice this week. My family and I were going to go buy new phones there and sign up our sisters but idk now prob just go elsewhere.

I was being helped by the associate name Rosa. She was very knowledgeable about about the Samsung J3 Prime that she was helping me set up, but I did not like the fact that her coworker, Yioselien, was talking over her like she wasn't doing her job right. I would just appreciate it if next time I go in I get helped by one person. In my opinion it just seemed unprofessional on Yioselien part. The sad part about it was I noticed her name tag said “manager†and she didn't seem confident about her employee selling me a phone. I definitely do not see myself coming here again due to the fact that the manager has no trust in her employees, because after all they should have been trained well by their “managerâ€.

I got lied to when I went in this store. The employees name was Yioselien. I was told I had to get the $60 plan when getting a new number and phone. I contacted MetroPCS and they told me otherwise. Insurance was also added without my consent for $6/month. Commission scammer.

Yioselien was the biggest help when I went to the Gustine store about with my sons account. She's the most helpful, polite, and knowledgeable customer service person I've dealt with in a long time. Can't thank her and the store enough.
