I had lived here for well over a year before I realized it was a hardware store, there is no sign saying hardware just, Coast to Coast. Like were would just know that brand. I had spent a lot of time and money driving to Newman or Los Banos or even Turlock. I could have spent my money there on the many project I had when we bought the house. Once I learned it was a hardware store, I have shopped there a few times for things. The staff is very nice. Prices are decent for small inventory store. Now, I work until 5pm so I can rarely go there if I need something and have to drive out of town. I wish they were open later. A lot store around here aren't open past 5 pm. I wonder how they survive? Even staying open to 6pm or 6:30pm would help. I would love to support them but the hours make it hard.

I worked here for 27 years. It was a great job until I got back stabbed by 2 coworkers. Sadly owner believed them over me. But it's ok. Things happen for a reason. I'm now making double plus amazing benefits and air-conditioned.. And store was taken over by New owner and the 2 that back stabbed me are Gone. Like they say let Karma do it's job. It is a great little store.

Have gone here twice now to buy a bicycle tube in an emergency. Both times I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and asked if I needed help. This store has everything. Definitly a gem. I'll pay an extra few bucks to have this kind of service anyday. Thank you Coast Hardware.

There's two listings for this store so I'll just reiterate what I wrote on my last review: I always find what I need here. The store isn't huge, but their selection is. The shop has fixed my chainsaw many times and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. Coast is a second home to me at this point.
