Meh, wont get back to you and not the most hard working nor ethical. I think there are much better brokerages in the area. I would try to avoid Vanguard and the agents who are working as "couples" there. I think that this vanguard will try to take advantage of you given the chance.

John and Richard have the very best knowledge and information in the Guerneville area. They are smart, fun and will treat you with understanding and empathy even if you are a "bottom feeder" (as I termed myself with low income). They have never let me or my family down. ******❤❤❤❤❤
