Cute rooms. You can't use the pool if you stay here unless you are booking 2 nights or more. Big red flag.Something you won't find anywhere on the website, nor will anyone tell you, nor will it even be posted anywhere on the property is that pool hours start at 12pm. Checkout is 11am. It is unclear when the pool closes, but it is before 8pm since that is when we arrived the night before.Additionally, if you don't check in sometime between 3-6pm, you won't get any wifi info.We chatted with one of the staff about the pool, and were told "that's what has been happening all summer", as if we were supposed to know that already. Staff didn't really seem to care that one of the big reasons we chose the place was for the pool.Would be a little less frustrated if it wasn't $300/night off season on a weekday.

We came here for a quick overnight trip to get away and have some pool time. We arrived at 8pm and the pool was closed already. Woke up at 9, thinking we could get some pool time in before checkout. Pool still closed. Went to grab coffee and called the hotel (because no one who works there was around) and they told us the pool doesn't open til noon. Check out was at 11am, so we asked if we could check out late to use the pool for a bit. The lady on the phone said that was fine, we were the only ones staying there. We got back to the hotel at 11, lounged by the pool for a bit, and 10 minutes after noon they finally came to open the pool, and told us to be out of the room by 12:30.No where on the website does it say anything about having such limited pool hours. If we had know, we would have stayed somewhere else since that's all we wanted to do. Additionally, this was off season on a Tuesday. They only had one other room occupied. There was absolutely reason they couldn't have let us stay til 1 to enjoy the pool for a bit and still be able to shower and change in our room.Service was extremely petty.

Such an amazing resort to stay at for a relaxing vacation in the redwoods and along the Russian River. The hosts made us feel welcomed and it's close to many attractions.

I had rented a smaller room. However, the hot water did not work. Michael, the owner, gave me an upgrade without charging me for it. The upgrade was fantastic. Whenever I needed anything, he was always free to help. I especially adored Danielle. She was more than helpful as well as sweet. She even was extra helpful with my service dog Roxie. The place is quiet; unlike the other LGBT restoration next door, the heated pool was larger and more comfortable. I recommend this place. The week I spent allowed me to make up for lost sleep.

Freindly Staff but hot water and WiFi had issues. You have to run the water for several minutes to get hot water, and then dont turn it off or it will revert to cold. If you install JIT water heaters, put them close to the output. CA is a drought prone state. WiFi only worked on some devices and only some of the time.
