I shop a great deal on line and so have many packages to return. The person there is always smiling and helpful no matter how bad the weather is when she comes to pick up my packages ( I cannot easily walk and need 2 canes to do so.) I appreciate the warm yet professional atmosphere.

Supposed to be open 12pm-3pm on Saturdays, I'm standing at their door at 2pm on a Saturday with a package to ship and they are not open despite the many signs covering their building stating they should be open. :/

Sent 1 bottle of wine to Virginia the Thursday before Christmas. $60 shipping fee. Found out today from UPS the shipment was cancelled... never picked up. Phone at the Guerneville office rings and rings and rings. Don't go anywhere near this place.
