Absolutely terrible and driver has no respect for your property and no return call from management, although I spent 10 minutes detailing my complaints to the person who answered the local (707) area code phone! We did not order auto-fill due to our need to be home when the delivery arrives because of past damage (Driver left step down and gouged driveway/never told us). One week ago I returned home to find oil drippings (quarter-size) all the way down our recently sealed 400' driveway, several (12-15) larger oil droppings where the truck stopped, and bark from our landscaping out in the driveway from where driver had got out of truck and kicked it out. Also no receipt! I had to call to confirm that they had delivered the day before, although we had not requested a delivery. That was a week ago and still no response to my request for a phone call from a supervisor! I called the asphalt company, and they told me to put "kitty litter on each spot, so I had to drive 14 miles to buy and apply that.I have attached photos of our driveway prior to Ferrell Gas and the damage.NOTE - Initially, I just wanted to warn them that their truck had a significant oil leak that would be damaging other customer's property and to tell the driver to clean up if he makes a mess.Still no call back!

This company has gone completely downhill within the last 2 years. Every delivery process gets worse. Corporate buyouts tend to never be a benefit

We have consistently been let down by FG. We scheduled a propane refill when we were < 20%, more than a week in advance. They were a no show, and didn't even communicate. They've been servicing this property for ten years. When we final did get in touch with them (after calling them an being on hold for 30 mins), they said it was because they brought the wrong truck. We called back for emergency delivery, they scheduled us for nearly a week later. We hit 0%, three days ago, and are being told the delivery date is now a day farther than originally communicated. We've now been on the phone an hour, and getting the run-around. We're 3 days no heat, cooking, or hot water.

Service and customer service are fine but their proprane prices are OUTLANDISH. I am conservative with all utilities (water, electric, gas). I never put the thermostat above 65F. My Ferrellgas bill was well over $600 every 1.5 months last winter - a real budget buster!! If I weren't a renter and could change companies to something more affordable, I definitely would.

My mother switched her propane provider for Farrell because if it economic prices. They aren’t that economic. You will experience weeks of no heat and customer reps don’t care. It’s sounds unethical to leave your clients without heat. They are 2 days late from their promised date of deliver at my mother’s house. They are local and they said because of the bad weather they can’t go out to fill the tank. Other propane companies are willing to deliver when ferrell won’t. We are signing up with another company because we need my mother to have a reliable trustworthy service. This company is so incompetent. How can you leave people without heat during this cold season?!

Unbelievable!! Calls are routed to Washington. On hold for 15 minutes. Told they can't deliver in our area (SF Bay area) because of ice and snow on roads. One said drivers work 12 hours a day and another, 16 hours a day. Shouldn't have to wait for 2 weeks for a fill or partial end of load. It's just poor management. I can't even get thru to my local delivery just 15 miles away. It's incompetence at the highest level. Called 3 other companies and they said the could deliver next day until I said we were with Ferrellgas. Then told they can only deliver to their own tank.

Such dedication to always fill our tank in a timely fashion is much appreciated.

Very polite, friendly and efficient driver. I've been a Ferrellgas customer for over 20 years and have met quite a few drivers, they're all super. The office support is also a pleasure to deal with.

Delivery guy is always friendly & knows the ins & outs of getting in the property. I want to get a bigger propane tank & was told I needed a site survey. OK... I thought I was put on the schedule, but after several months no one from Ferrellgas has ever gotten back to me on that. Trying to get this done before winter as I now use propane for heat instead of wood.

Driver who filled my tank was very observant about code for a propane tank. Very courteous and informed me that my tank was not properly housed as I had a roof on the propane shed. So I am going to an underground tank which is better anyway.

We switched after 11 years with two other propane delivery companies. Their service so far has been great. James the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and overcame obstacles. Good advice. Appreciate the timeliness also. Propane delivery is a tough business to be in these days for anyone

We've always received great service from Ferrell. I always appreciate it when the techs take the time to even out the gravel in our driveway after returning the hose to the truck. Might sound like a little thing but it never goes unnoticed by me.Earlier this week we had James Hansen fill our tank. He went out of his way to help us when our water heater needed a hose replaced. We didn't have the proper wrench since we're moving and it was packed away. James not only produced the needed wrench but also quickly removed the hose. Thank you, James!

I requested a tank refill on Dec 23,2021 at 30%, (that I paid for then) by January 23,2022 my tank ran dry and they would not come out and fill my tank Monday as I was not scheduled then, I have no heat, (outside is 46F) no hot water, cannot cook. While waiting for my delivery I called several times to find out when they would be out but could not get any type of commitment. Plus they seemed genuinely annoyed that I was calling. I decided now is the time to switch to Amerigas who will come out this week and put in a new tank. Ferrell does not understand their main function is to keep our gas tanks full.

They are the worst. I have been with them over 2 years and find they are really ok if you run out of gas. I've been waiting since Dec 23 for them and they say they will be here next Tuesday, even though my gauge is not registering. Not the first time and typical. They just don't seem to get the concept that it is pretty uncomfortable without heat, hot water, ability to cook. I'm going to find an alternative, if possible
