What a lovely little spot with all the essentials. We were in town from San Francisco and had a harness fiasco that needed fixing - and Barkers fixed us right up. The gentleman that helped us was kind, authentic, and helpful - gently measuring the numerous rolls of our pug to get the few "neck" measurements that would help find the right harness for him. To fully accommodate the crowd (aka mr jealousy the pittie) he gave them both some treats on our way out, showed them some love, and left us with a smile on our faces (even though it seemed like he had a hard morning!) Small businesses have a way of making you feel something that you don't get from many chains or certainly online purchases, and this was one of them. Thank you thank you thank you!

They are small, but packed wall to wall with dog and cat supplies. Staff is extremely friendly.

Owner is rude and can’t be bothered with questions. You would think with a tiny local pet store they would be more friendly and willing to answer questions, especially when things are over priced.

When in Guerneville get all you pets' need here, including a nice bath! I get my dog's special food here and the folks are friendly and accommodating. They are active in the community and help rescue dogs and cats in our area. There is a lot to see in this little store, so stop by and say hello.

This is a great spot for pet supplies. I stopped in while I was in Guerneville and was greeted by a very nice lady behind the counter. They pretty much had everything I was looking for at the time for my dog. Awesome shop!

We walked up to Barkers pet supply to grab some dog food while we were on vacation in Guerneville, the man and woman who work there were outstanding. Extremely friendly and helped us in every way they could! It's a small shop but has exactly what you need and if they don't they offer to get it shipped to them. Unfortunately we live a couple hours away now so we won't be back any time soon but those two definitely stuck out and made the experience! Not a negative thing to say about them.
