Received a spoon from Tryyn as a gift. It is spectacular. Rustic and beautiful craftsmanship. I have purchased several items from Tryyn and love them. The shop is a little difficult to find but you can purchase from an Ebay store. Cannot recommend higher.

Not only is Bill's work incredible, he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He is an amazing craftsman who specializes in wood kitchen implements. Each piece is special. He also operates a ceramics gallery on the same property. It's definitely worth a trip to Guatay.

I love going to Tryyn Wooden Spoon. It's a small place off the beaten path, but well worth your time. There's also a gallery attached in front of their shop. Make it a point to go out here when you have some time. I don't think you'll be sorry.

A treasure right in San Diego County. Worth the country drive any time. A favorite spot for out of town family to shop for unique gifts and collectibles. i am planning on passing down my Tryyn treasures to the next generations. Personally, i need no reason to just drop in and see the newest creations.

William the owner is charming and knowledgeable of wood and very creative... his display is dazzling and his other gallery, the Weeping Camel in front of the Tryyn is fabulous...If you are seeking a unique one of a kind gift and if you love art and good conversation...visit The Tryyn and the Weeping Camel...you won't be sorry!

We love this place and return every chance we get. Bill makes this place a fun place to visit. He is fun to talk with and I always come away having learned something new. His wood work is wonderful and we have several of his pieces in our home. Additionally, the art he has in his front display room is another reason to pay a visit. He has collected many fascinating and beautiful pieces of work in various media. He has selected pieces that he enjoys and offers them for sale. If you pay a visit, you won't be disappointed.
