Rude, ABLEIST and entitled blonde staff member. She’s lazy so she parks in handicapped, even though she’s perfectly able. Then, sent my HANDICAPPED husband to move his car away so that she can keep her spot. Completely blocked van access too.

I think it is wrong that they have closed the door to the post office, so those of us who have rented boxes need to put something so that we can enter because they are not limiting themselves to receiving our mail, they just wanted to put something so that we can have access.

Been going to this post office for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Gotta love the small town charm! Super convenient!

The gal that works the front desk, the majority of the time, is super friendly and very helpful. I was somewhat new in town and she told me all about the city and answered a lot of my questions. Every time I’ve gone in there after that she’s been extremely helpful and so have the other folks that work behind the counter. Much to my surprise, a breath of fresh air after dealing with the Folks in Pismo.

Only complaint is the hours they're open are...aggravating. I normally have to ship packages from another city since they're only open from 9am-4pm...when most people are at work. With that being said... HANDS DOWN THE BEST POST OFFICE EVER! Everyone is so sweet, 80% of them remember my name even though I've only been in there a couple of times to set up a PO Box or pick up a package. Seriously so sweet and so helpful. I wish every post office was like this, you guys are amazing.

This branch goes beyond expectations! I am newish to Guadalupe, moved here 6 months ago. I've been to the local office a few times and the ladies at the desk were always helpful and kind. One day a wonderful woman came from the back to helped me out while on her lunch break. But nothing beats my last visit. I was running errands in a hurry and stopped to drop off a few packages and to purchase packing tape. In my rush to get back home, I left my tape I purchased on the counter. The lady saw that I was local from my packages and delivered my packing tape I purchase and left to my mailbox. I just can't get over the kind gesture. It was slightly humorous because I had just drop another package off, after hours, in their box using duck tape because that's all I had. If only I had checked my mailbox first. Thank you Guadalupe Post Office. You made my day with your kindness.
