The USPS has always been a great post office with very friendly and patient people. There always seems to be a line there, but it usually goes pretty quickly

My wife and I went in to renew our passport. Lacy, the postal employee greeted us and was very friendly. She helped us through the whole process. She was very kind, friendly and professional. I chose to come to Grover Beach post office to renew our passports even though we live in Fresno where you must be rude to work there.
