I was driving from LA to SF and realized that my car was having an issue (despite having just gotten a tune-up before the road trip). It was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and most auto shops were about to close for the weekend. I called Complete Automotive and spoke to Brian, who said he would see what he could do. I arrived 10 minutes later, and he and Isaac took great care of my car. They were able to fix the splashguard that had become detached from my car, and they got me back on the road in 15 minutes. And, although I asked to pay them for their work and quick attention, they didn't charge me. I will definitely return if I'm in the area and in need of car maintenance, and I highly recommend them for anyone who is passing through or for local folks who can become repeat customers.”

“My 96 Explorer 4wd had a severe vibration and another local shop told me I needed a replacement transfer case. Brought it to Matt who said it felt like drive shaft problem. They installed a new drive shaft assembly and an output shaft seal on the transfer case and problem was 100% solved at a fraction of the price quoted by the other shop. I am a very happy customer.”

They test drove it to check the slip and looked at the oil to get a good idea and proposed and explained all of our options. They took a lot of the time and call a few places to help out as we were on the road travelling and living in the van and time and money were important to us. All that free of charge no questions asked.For time sake we decided to go to another place while our transmission was still working.
