This hotel was so bad. First room we walked into there was a roach on the dresser. I told the clerk who I'm assuming is the owner and he gave us another room. This room was so worn down. All bad. Beds are full size and very hard and uncomfortable. So expensive for a rundown room. Will never stay here again.

Thank you for your help while traveling alone.
I have no particular complaints. I think the floor was in a lot of pain! Cheap prices! Book online!
In December, it gets cold in the mornings and evenings, but it's okay because we have heating. It's noisy!

This is not a place I recommend for vacationers. Definitely not a place for children. This Is, in my Opinion more of a "Low Budget Flop House" than a hotel in the traditional sense. It serves a purpose. It helps by providing low cost temporary and very short term shelter options for the many homeless or nearly homeless who find their way to the Central Coast with Nothing but Perhaps a Small Back Pack to Contain All Of Their Remaining Personal Items......

If you care about cleanliness, this is not the place to stay. First room we got was disgusting. It smelled like someone had just used the toilet. The mattress was filthy and stained and had hair all over it. Shower was not cleaning obviously because there was hair in there as well. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. A/C smelled terrible, like mildew. Wouldn't stay here again

Rooms: The room we had was roomy and had 2 queen tempurpedic beds plus a couch that was a bed. The shower was huge and nice and the room was clean. I was away and they even called me to see if I wanted my room cleaned. The hotel was close to the beach and resturants . I would recommend this place !

The owner is super friendly. I went downstairs to look for a soda machine. The owner went and just gave me sodas for free. On top of that I was discounted because I'm working in town. I'm constantly down here. This is going to be my new home away from home, especially during this upcoming Heatwave. For the price, it's more affordable to stay here on the weekends and get away from the bad weather in Bakersfield.

Rates are good and mattress was cushy memory foam, and so my sleep was divine.

What a dive. We saw bed bugs and got out. Manager was a rude man. Very rude. Would never recommend this place . Am a travel agent and won't ever book this place for anyone.

This is my second time staying here. Both times I have gotten a fairly spotless, decent room. I don’t remember my front desk experience last time, but this time I will say the guy was very very nice, no problems. The beds are pretty hard, but personally I like them like that. I did not like the smell of whatever they used to clean with, but it was bearable. The heating/cooling unit is kinda loud at least in the last room I had, but other than that, those are my only complaints. The room also comes with a fridge and microwave. You can tell they have done some renovations, and I think it looks very nice for the price. The parking lot is well lit as well which I appreciate. You are also only an 11 minute drive from pismo.
