Today I went to Orielys and I had the best service there. The guy that helped me was really helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing in his job. The hospitality was unforgettable. It's a very stormy day in sunny California, my wiper blades shred to pieces 35 miles from home. I arrive in Grover Beach and stop desperate to buy new wipers. They were pricey, but necessary. The part that made my day is Anthony (who sold me the wipers) asks me if I need them installed. I could not believe this - someone to offer help! I held the umbrella, he installed both wipers, I went away relieved and will go back to this store for all my auto needs!

Helpful staff. Interesting selection of parts & test equipment for 12volt batteries. They do have a good selection for a small store & even have hard to find elbow joints for hoses. Not the right size for AGM vents, but close. Nice selection of tire valve caps which sadly people steal. About $5 for a four pack of silver colored caps. As far as AGM high quality batteries go, they go for about $100 more than the same format in either Costco or Walmart… but seem to be almost always in stock here. Most of the Automotive stores along Grand Ave are pretty helpful & can even help those who are not car savvy. Of course, the prices can be higher as well. Thanks for the nice tire value caps.

This was for the store in Santa Maria. I needed new wiper blades and really needed someone to put them on for me. I didn't buy them because he said no one could help me. But as I'm leaving in my car that same store worker was helping someone at their car who came after me. Real impressive guys.

Ordered a part for $346.64 to hold for pick up at this store....They charged me $191.21 to hold the part...55%.....the only good news is I didn't have to put my hands up when I paid the bill.I have contacted them for response...what do you think my odds are...Caveat Emptor
