“What's not to like about Target. I'll date myself by stating I remember when TARGET was Discos, Two Guys, now? Target :DIn-store shopping is nice. Store is very clean, spacious, and lots of associates for assistance. On-line shopping is fun and very convenient. You can drive-up and have delivered to your vehicle or delivered to your home. The Target APP is easy to install, use and navigate. I like both shopping styles, especially during the Holidays. You do know there is a STARBUCKS inside right? I had a difficult, stressful and emotional situation to handle today requiring many devices passwords and account changes. He was patient and systematically helped me with all my concerns. He went above and beyond to understand the situation and be sensitive to it. He thought of things that I would not have to help keep me safer. This issue has been a stressor for a month and a half or so but tonight I will sleep much better. Unfortunately some data could not be recovered but if it could have he would have been able to and he tried very very hard and felt very bad that he couldn't. This whole process took a few hours yet he was patient. He's very smart and made a bad experience the hilight of the day just by being himself and being kind, attentive, polite and most of all patient. I came to the right place and got to see the right guy. If he isn't the manager he should be. He should manage managers and teach seminars about how to help people with their technology which is often tied to our lives. Thank you so much, Jorge!!! You were the best today!!!”
