These guys are amazing they went above and beyond the repair wasn't expecting my car to get waxed and tire shined and vacuum out it just looks brand new again I highly recommend best place to others they're super friendly also the office was super cool thank you guys all so much

Terrible! I'd never recommend them! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! In fact, I recommend to go anywhere else but here!My good friend brought his truck in to get fixed in October of 2022. After not hearing from them for weeks he continued to follow up and never received any communication. He reached out again after the truck was there for a month only to find out his truck had been stolen off their property! Yes, stolen from the auto body! They had left the keys in the truck and it was gone! The questions and phone calls from my friend were constant but they were unwilling to engage. He had to escalate it to his insurance and Grossini's didn't want to own up to the fact that his truck was stolen from under their noses. It seemed like an inside job with a truck to go missing so easily.After constant follow up it was nearly January and Grossini's provided little information. He wanted answers and his personal belongings. They weren't willing to meet him half way and cover the costs of the stolen truck or even his personal and sentimental items that were inside the stolen truck. After several more months of agony and no truck he had to source his own loaner car for several weeks until he was able to get some relief from insurance and they provided a rental...for a week! Because Grossini's wasn't willing to work with him, he took them to small claims court where they settled on a below average agreement and this settlement just wrapped up mid-summer; only covering some costs of the stolen truck. Nearly a year later and never an apology, or acknowledgement that they made a mistake and allowed someone's truck to get stolen off their lot. It just so happens the cops found the stolen truck this week. And although he won't get the truck back or his personal belongings that were inside, I felt compelled to write this review on his behalf because he wasn't to waste any more energy on them but I know I'd want to be warned prior to going to a local spot I thought I could trust. Terrible communication, lack of responsibility, bottom line...go somewhere else!

Only had an estimate done, as car was totalled, but very professional shop. Timely estimate, and very knowledgeable staff. Would easily go there again, but hopefully not!

My bumper and hatch was crunched from a hit and run, and these guys got it fixed good as new in 5 days. Very friendly, punctual, and over the top service. They even saved my custom decals. Would definitely recommend them and go back to them if I ever need to.Services: Painting

I just got my Honda CRV repaired at Grossinis and had such a great experience that I had to take a moment to recommend these folks. Both Karen and Javier were so friendly and responsive. They made dealing with the insurance company a breeze for me as they handled all the paperwork and back and forth for adjusting the estimate. Javier has much experience with both insurance companies and parts suppliers and dealt with the insurance company's low-ball estimates without me having to make a single phone call.The body work was impeccable! And my car came back cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Grossinis for both the quality of work and exceptional customer service.

I brought in my car to be repaired after being rear-ended by another driver. It took almost two months to get it repaired, but there has been difficulty in getting parts so this may not been entirely the fault of Grossini's. Two months after I picked up the car, driving on a busy road, the spare tire fell out from underneath the car onto the roadway, almost causing a traffic collision among the cars behind me who had to avoid a rolling tire on the roadway. The person at Grossini's refused to address this problem or to even seriously look at it other than a 15 second look under the car, saying that they did not cause the problem. And he made all sorts of vile lies about me personally, so that Grossini's would not have to take any responsibility for this problem. He even lied to State Farm claims about his willingness to address this problem and told State Farm that he would address the problem and then when I called back to make an appointment, he denied it and refused to do anything. According to State Farm there were two possible reasons for this problem. One possibility was that the mechanism that holds the tire in place was damaged during the accident and Grossini's missed seeing this damage. The other possibility that the mechanism was damaged during repair. Either way, Grossini's has some responsibility for the cause of this problem. Avoid Grossini's if at all possible due to their bad attitude about addressing problems that they probably created themselves through carelessness, neglect, or incompetence. Update: I took the car to another repair shop and the State Farm Claims specialist met me there to inspect the car. It was his judgement that this problem occurred at the time of the rear-end accident and was missed by Grossinis. The damage will be covered under the original claim and will ne fixed by the repair shop. I think this highlights two problems with Grossinis. 1) They may miss safety related issues. 2.) They refuse to address customer concerns.
