“Great rental experience. Friendly, helpful staff at this location. The location was also well-staffed with five team members, which makes a huge difference in the customer experience. . I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and had two options to select from in my class of car. The vehicle was clean and appeared to be well maintained. There were a bunch of dead bugs in the windshield, but the team was accommodating about this. Overall, among the best rental wxperiences I have had in years.”

“Couldn't be happier. I had a one-way rental from SLO to Santa Barbara. Flying out with Southwest. Very fast to go in and pick up the car. It was a relatively new car and in excellent condition. It had newer windshield wipers that came in quite handy as I got down to Santa Barbara, where the weather was flooding.”

“I use this Enterprise every time I travel for my work. I LOVE that the Grover Beach Enterprise will come pick me up and take me to the office for me to pick-up the car. And then in reverse when I return - drop off car and then they take me to my house. This is a crucial service that I'm very grateful for!! However, it's often a pain, as they are ALWAYS short-staffed. In fact, it can be hard to get through to a live person on the phone. But again, I appreciate their efforts!”
