I was not receiving and text or calls and couldn’t even look up anything online once I signed up with boost mobile in Grover. After over a month of having this plan I proceeded to call them and see what is going on with my account. I was very polite and just wanted to see what was going on. Please NEVER have Juan help with customer service, he proceeded to literally blame me for not calling “sooner” and turned the fault on me when I was simply just trying to find a solution to this problem and expect an employee to do their job and help. He got super sassy with me when I asked his name because I was so shocked how this man was speaking to me. He was so demeaning and said “ Its Juan and I am not going anywhere have a good day!” And hung up on me. I had to call the Santa Maria location to get some help and they were super professional and finally found the solution to my problem! It’s unfortunate I had to call a location that is farther away from where I live to just get an answer. Juan, do a better job and quit with the ugly attitude!

If there were more stars I would put them ?? the customer service with Daniel is very good, I have been there with my family for years and if we have stayed it has been because of the way we deal with him, he makes our few visits to the store a quite positive and quite satisfactory ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Daniel is amazing!! He helped me with my phone and in the meantime helped 3/4 other customers that left happy too. He SEEMS to make the time to help me figure out what could be wrong too. Everything taken care of???

We had very bed experience we were sold bed products and would not repair it or take it back.The owner was rude and not service oriented at allWe placed order for special cover for phone and went to pick up but he says sold it to someone else and says come back in two weeksHis name was DenI would never go back their again.
