BOOK YOUR WEEKEND HERE IF YOUR GOING TO YOSEMITE!My, now, husband and I stayed in the meadow house from June 15-18th and it was perfect. We originally booked red tail ranch through Airbnb and were planning on eloping in Yosemite that same weekend. But due to snow we had to make other arrangement.Luckily, red tail ranch actually host wedding. The price was very reasonable too.The house is in great shape, super clean, and it feels like home right away. The property has beautiful views from all angles and the back patios are perfect for nightly hang outs or enjoying the fire pit with family. We could not thank Rob, Len, and the whole crew for everything they did. It was a beautiful weekend. We will definitely be back and will be telling all of our friends.Rooms: Super cozy 3 bedrooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms.Nearby activities: The town is about a 5 minute drive away. And Yosemite nation park is about an hour / hour and a half way.

This was the best choice ever! We chose to stay in the Meadow House. This was a home away from home. It has absolutely everything you could need . The outside kitchen is great. We had a kitchen and priority goes to those in units without kitchens but we didn’t see others during our stay and we grilled out. The jacuzzi was great after a day in Yosemite too! The kitchen has a gas stove , two dishwashers , all small appliances you could ask for and enough dinnerware and silverware for more people than you will provably have in the house. The owners take great pride in their property from the gardens to patios to the inside … we ate breakfast each morning with the hummingbirds … . This house has three bedrooms and each bed was very comfortable. You can not go wrong. The proximity to Yosemite is nice even though we were there when Big Oak Flat Road was closed and the detour made our trip into Yosemite a 2.5 hour drive one way. I mean what can you do but go with the flow. But when that road is back in service your drive to/from the park will be worth it….away from the crowds and soaking in the jacuzzi afterwards. We visited the local grocery store upon arrival and stocked up on our breakfast needs, drinks and snacks and we cooked one dinner at the house …. I was very surprised by the selection in the grocery store …. Mar-Val. Tons of brands I typically buy at home in PA and the prices were not inflated . All in all this was the best choice and I am glad it was available. I posted pics of the inside (not bedrooms….those on the website are good and not littered with our stuff lol). From an ex travel consultant , you can’t go wrong with choosing Red Tail . The one and only thing the owners could supply in this house would be a fly swatter lol. Mosquitoes flies and bees seem to be waiting right outside the door when it is opened lol.

We had two wonderful days at Red Tail Ranch. Yosemite Park itself was closed, but we still spent an unforgettable day at the accommodation. We took a great walk on the gorgeous property and enjoyed the afternoon in the hot tub. The hosts were so friendly and took super care of us and our stay. The decor was great and everything was there that you would need. The cereal for breakfast was delicious. One of the best days during our USA trip.

Not that Red Tail Ranch needs another 5-star review, but here's another! We spend three glorious nights at Red Tail Ranch while we visited Yosemite. It's easy access to the National Park, which was great. It's about a 10min drive to a small town with grocery stores and a couple restaurants. But far enough out of the town to be on it's own and feel brilliantly remote. We saw plenty of deer and even a coyote.Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a place to stay near Yosemite, this is it! The room is super clean and cozy, it even has a fireplace and hot tub! We also had the pleasure to meet Barkley, the ranch dog I guess? He is so cute and guided us through the trail in the back. This is the most peaceful stay I’ve ever had. 1000/10 recommend!!!

I think by now, anyone considering staying with Deborah & Kevin at the Red Tail Ranch will know how much you are made to feel comfortable, but just let me re-enforce the salient points: (a) Both are excellent hosts with a (b). magnificent setting, (c). delicious breakfasts, (d). great rooms and (e). superb advice on what to do/add into your Yosemite adventure. Thank-you, we cannot wait to be able to get back.

Red Tail Ranch is a fantastic Bed and Breakfast near Yosemite. The hospitality and service is incredible (thank you Deborah for being so fantastic), the breakfast was delicious, and the quality of the rooms / main area / outdoor area is top notch. There's some good things 15 minutes away from town. If you are looking to stay near the park, this is your best bet and not to be missed!

This B&B was very comfortable. We got the last room available for the weekend of 12 June. We were pretty stressed out due to problems with my girlfriend's car. We arrived late, but that was no problem for Deborah, one of the owners. Kevin, the other owner, even helped us to narrow down the diagnosis of the engine. All this while their dog, Sophie, was very ill. It was quiet and sufficiently cool at night to sleep (I sleep hot). Our bathroom was separate, but that turned out to be not a problem at all--it was just 12 feet from the room and no one other than us was back in that corner of the house. If we ever come back to that part of Yosemite, that's where we'll be staying. Thank you Kevin and Deborah!

The most amazing place I have stayed in! We stayed here during our trip at Yosemite and Deborah is such an amazing host! She first of all is an amazing chef and even made me vegetarian breakfast that was delicious, healthy and beautiful on two of the days that I don't eat meat. The property is so beautiful and you will be so comfortable staying here! Deborah and Kevin are such nice people and have the best recommendations for viewing Yosemite. I am only sad I did not get to stay longer!!

Deborah and Kevin were the most delightful hosts and their ranch was absolutely beautiful. It felt like coming home to an oasis after long days in the park! The hot tub was a lovely added bonus and the serenity of the ranch would be very hard to beat. There’s a downtown about 20 min away with a few restaurants and the drive to Yosemite is full of great views. On top of it all, Deborah makes breakfast for guests everyday at 8am and it’s delicious. It seriously feels like home while you’re there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly, this makes our top 5 places we've ever stayed, and we travel a lot. We loved the hosts, we loved the serene location, we loved our room, we loved Deborah's breakfasts (which kept us quite full through some tough hikes in Yosemite). Just sitting on the outdoor deck watching the hummingbirds, or sitting in the hot tub seeing deer across the meadow... you can't help but relax. Deborah and Kevin make you feel like family and have lots of advice on routes, trails and restaurants. I can't speak highly enough about this lovely place.

Red Tail Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Deborah and Kevin were both very warm and welcoming, allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. The breakfast was amazing and two very friendly dogs to keep us company. Overall, an amazing experience and would encourage anyone to come and pay a visit.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Red Tail Ranch! Everything was magical and so peaceful. We truly felt like home and enjoyed every amenity. Breakfast was delicious and Deb is a fantastic host! We would go back in a heartbeat if we happen to be in the area again.

Amazing!!! Beautiful place with deers and squirrels right outside the house. Highly recommended! Deborah and Kevin go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and their tips for Yosemite National Park are awesome!
