The alternator in my 2005 Tacoma died as we were towing our trailer into Yosemite. Fortunately we got to the campground but the truck had to be towed from there. Miller Bros picked the truck up at 3:30 pm from our campsite at Crane Flats. They had it diagnosed, the part ordered and installed by noon the next day. We’re from Vancouver, BC. Without their amazing and efficient service we would have been in a real jam. 10/10 would recommend. A final important note: we had basically no other option, they could have charged us essentially anything but their prices were very fair and the alternator they installed comes with a lifetime warranty which I thought represented a genuine care for their customers. We stopped in here after our check engine light came on while in town on a cross country road-trip. We never got his name, but he checked out what was wrong and gave us some SIGNIFICANT help on what to do in the future for the sake of our car. We seriously appreciated the expertise!

The worst customer service, and don't expect to get you problem solved with their manager. I think once they get their money, they feel that they have done their job. Drivers write up a ticket that you can't even read, and try to get a clean copy, but the manager has a chip on her shoulder. I do not recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! I’m here camping when the truck started sputtering. Drove up thinking I had an appointment but accidentally called the place at my next camping spot. They looked at the truck right away. They walked to the auto store and got the parts. Replaced all of my spark plugs on the spot!

They saved my tail and I’d have had a broken buddy bearing had they not helped out. Went here before a cross country trip.. the guy greased my boats bearing and refused to charge me. My grease gun wouldn’t get in there for God nor money but they were able to finagle it. Y’all are rad people!
