Love their hours. But there is 1 employee that is argumentative and makes me avoid the store. I didnt catch her name cuz theres no nametags. Most of the time when i take amazon returns in there, i get the qr code so i dont need to wait for amazon to mail me a label for the return and every time she gets annoyed at me and tries to decline or give me attitude for not paying to have it printed there. The last time i was there she yelled at me in front of customers because one of my returns was in a weird sorta ziplock type bag, amazon shipped it to me in the same kinda bag, and thats what its going back in. I dont understand how she escalated to yelling at me over it. I told her they mailed it that way.. And i dont mean she just disagreed with me, she litterly raised her voice and went off on me. Myself and other customers were just quiet with shock. I told her a few times it came in that same bag, i dont want to buy a bag most of the time amazon doesnt even require you need one, and she kept yelling calling me wrong, i told her ill go home and get the exact bag with the label to show ya thats what they mail it in. Then she lowered her voice but was still being so rude about taking it anyway.(probably felt bad about going 0 to 100 in front of everyone so she complied a bit, that or she realized she wasnt gonna get a rise out of me) Then said i probably wont get a refund, amazon wont accept it that way but its my loss, and took it anyway after causing a big skeptical. Amazon refunded me with no issues. Seriously though, store owner, get a friend or do some undercover boss thing and send amazon returns back and see for yourself how rude she gets about it, its unreal. I litterly drive to the oroville store now because this 1 employee. I am not the argumentative type, due to a health issue that kinda stress is really hard on me. This happened a few weeks ago. Im just making this cuz i have a return i gotta make and am dreading the choice to go there or drive to oroville.

I go to the UPS store from 4-6 pm. There is often no line, and if there is, is goes by very quickly. The UPS store employees are friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They make copies fast, they fax documents fast, and they laminated 7 copies of my poems fast. The only (sometimes) bad thing is when the computer isn't working. Sometimes it's working when I go in, sometimes it's not. All in all, the UPS store is essential in Gridley. Thank you UPS Store!

I received above and beyond service from both the gals in this store. I stopped in thinking maybe they would have some living trust documents as I was headed to my aunt's in Paradise. They did. But then, as I told them the story of all the scamming/fraud that has/is happened to my aunt, they gave me numbers of places I could call for help. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names, but one of them called her best friend for advice, and her friend spoke with me on the phone! Like I said, above and beyond service! Thank you!

I go to the UPS Store in Gridley for shipping, scanning, copies, etc. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Have used this location twice and on one of those they packed a couple of my items. I was absolutely impressed with the service they provided. Employees were friendly and helpful both trips.

Scotty is pretty cool, but the old lady with glasses is so friggin rude. She must really hate her job or her life I don't know which. I will literally drive to Oroville from now on.

TERRIBLE SERVICE & racist ! Went in to have my grandmother fix some paper work with Notary, lady was so rude basically yelled at my grandma asking if she spoke English since she looked Mexican. And called back to complain , she hung up and was even more rude. Terrible business

I've never had a problem returning my Amazon packages, and there's been ALOT! Front staff is always super fast. Bummer for that other dude.

I made three copies of my resume, didn't have the password to the computer luckily because it cost 350 just to sit down at it, and it was almost $5! And the chick acts like you're bugging her and she's rude! I won't be going back in

I would give zero stars if possible. The new owners are rude and not friendly. They are horrible about bringing in Amazon returns or using the UPS drop zone. If they had competition in town they'd be close. Use the post office at least it's smoke free.
