this place is clean, calm professional atmosphere; staff is very organized, efficient and friendly.. both on phones and in-person . our appoint was on time. Most importantly, the doctor was honest, gentle, listened to my concerns, and explained everything very well. the whole appointment took maybe 30min.

Chris was great made me feel comfortable and he was genuinely interested in what I had to say and my concerns regarding my dog. And price is reasonable.

I recommend coming to this vet for all of your puppy needs, shots, spade, etc. However there is one vet tech, Veronica, who is not very informative and does not have any patience when you ask any questions and she is hard to understand. All of the other vet technicians are amazing.

Sadly a poor office staff has destroyed this clinic, with lies , misleading billing, and nasty attitudes putting in jeopardy the clinic that the extraordinarily talented Vet built. An appointment was made for simple vaccinations when the humane society notified us that our rescue was due. . I am currently on home health and had my Fiance bring in Monkey. The front desk told her that talked to the Humane society and that he was fully up to date and proceeded with an exam. When my fiance returned with a $200 bill and no immunizations I was confused and upset and called the Humane Society to get clarification. They said that Milbradts never contacted them and that Monkey was certainly due for his vaccinations. I immediately had the Humane society call Milbradt to sort this out. After that I called Milbradt and they flat out lied that they had said that the day before. They were amazing until Meghan departed. The front office staff are liars and thief's and the poor vet is too busy to manage the staff. I say with sadness, STAY AWAY!!!! There have been several miscommunications with the front office and it is to be expected to a degree but when it devolves to lies and nastiness it affects the energy of the entire clinic and also your pet.

The front office staff are extremely rude and often lie for their own convenience. The vet is wonderful but this is offset by the chaotic atmosphere caused by the front office staff. Needs much better management. Not a safe space for your pet to feel comfortable in any manner while waiting treatment.

I hadn't taken my animals here in many years and I very quickly remembered why! My autistic daughters senior dog was on her death bed. After losing 2 of our other senior dogs this year, we were very worried! I walk into the office and unfortunately had to then talk to a very rude, snappy and uncompassionate lady at the front desk. Our dog was dying in the car, and she could honestly care less! After speaking with her about the situation, I had to carry my 50ish lb dog inside, as she sat there and watched me struggle to open the double set of doors to walk into the place. It was empty, she wasn't busy or helping another customer. Just sat there and watched. So I'm now waiting for the vet, we get into a room within 15 mins or so. The vet himself was then very nonchalant, uncompassionate and seemed bothered. He poked around at our dogs belly for a quick moment, checked her temp, skin and gums for hydration, gave shot of nausea meds, sent us home with a couple "doggy Tums"..nearly $300. And the same office lady yet again, watched me struggle to carry our dog back out the double doors to leave. To say I'm less than impressed with this place is an understatement. Visually a nice facility, but they're quick to charge charge charge and charge more money. You're JUST a number to them, a file, a money source. This line of work is supposed to be about compassion and caring! Sub par EXPENSIVE and horrible customer service. If I could give Zero stars I would! I will be going back to The Country Vet in Sutter from now on- lesson learned!
