“Ok, here is the update, they called & explained that I had not formatted my order correctly & that they were willing to work with me. SO I took in the documents I needed to be copied & they did it on the spot. So I am upgrading it to 5 star.”

“I go to the UPS store from 4-6 pm. There is often no line, and if there is, is goes by very quickly. The UPS store employees are friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They make copies fast, they fax documents fast, and they laminated 7 copies of my poems fast. The only (sometimes) bad thing is when the computer isn't working. Sometimes it's working when I go in, sometimes it's not. All in all, the UPS store is essential in Gridley. Thank you UPS Store!”
