I personally have a storage their. Plus they just donated a unit to Mel's Survivors and Paradise Fire Adopt a Family. This unit will allow us to get items for set up of their homes as they get them. Amazing gift in this time of need. Thank you Gridley Self Storage.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Our storage unit was broken into and had at least $2000 worth of belongings stolen, I feel totally targeted. We were there MAYBE a month and at the time paid 2 months up front to have 1 free month. I filed a police report. I asked the owner for my money back as apparently the 5 security cameras on site are just for looks, no one EVER locks the gate when it's supposed to close at 7 and the office manager is only on site 8-3 p.m. The owner only gave me my prorated amount back, not sympathetic at all. They do not offer insurance so we are out of luck, money, and our belongings. I feel violated. Please don't use this place.

If having to use a storage location in Gridley I highly recommend Mallard Mini Storage, they have security cameras that work, keypad gate that closes at 7, and the manager lives on site. We ended up using Extra Self Storage in Oroville, CA that has all the security that Mallard does as well as each unit has security alarms and you have to pay for the insurance. Price wise, yes, it is a little more but SO worth it. You really get what you pay for people!

Business is struggling with security and accounting.Had 1 of my units broke into.Also was locked out of my storage unit 3 times because of account mistakes and locking out wrong tenant.Auto security gate inoperative for years.After break-ins they put a 9.99 bike lock on security gate that was pain to operate.Recently replaced lock.Security cameras are installed but some missing and staff doesn't know how to use anyway.When breakins occured police couldn't even check recent tapes.Besides that,I'd say the units are pretty dated,but prices are reasonable.With a few repairs on gate,fence and security cams.Gridley self storage would be just fine
