What a nice & helpful , and unpressured dealership. We were looking for a SUV as we have been for a bit and the relaxed , professional, kick back salesman Phil and the financial manager Jeff and the personable , sweet Owner Kurt made our purchase so easy, fun and not pressured experience wonderful !! They are such great people and it did take awhile but their printer wasn't working well and that's fine . Since it's our first visit I gave it 4 stars since Marcus the service manager referred my husband we are hopeful the kindness , helpful service continues! I would definitely recommend others to come here , it's worth the drive

Had a few bad experiences here w service. Will spare you the details but basically point is this. We live in an age now w businesses that if they make a mistake it's on you. We used to live in a time when not only was the customer always right, but at the very least the tie went to the runner. Now it's neither. If a staff member wastes your time, it's on you. Period. Will not be coming back here.

Best customer service! They go above and beyond for customers! I left my personal keys in a customers car I delivered for service and they were able to locate my keys and come back in after hours to give them to me! Thank you Jeff, Miguel and the other gentleman who came to unlock the gate!!!

To say my experience was great is an understatement! Came across this dealer as I was in the market for a Mach 1 and so happy I did! Jake was genuine, transparent and an all around great guy to work with. I had limited time and him and the team made it all happen without a hitch! Also had the pleasure to work with the President, Curt (real stand up gentleman) along with Jeffrey the Finance Manager! These guys were firing on all cylinders and most importantly were fair in todays greedy market. If you want to work with a stellar crew, don’t look elsewhere!

My kid's new (used) car broke down and a mechanic in Chico told him it was something that had to be diagnosed by a Ford dealership. The one in Chico said they could take care of it in 3 weeks or so. I was desperate to find a solution (from 500 miles away) and Gridley Country Ford really came through. Initially I spoke to Joel who was polite and professional and reassured me that I could have the car towed to them and they would make time to take a look at it the following day. After that, I coordinated everything Miguel. He was a great communicator who stayed in touch with me throughout the repair process and he was kind and understanding about the situation. The repair turned out to be a simple fuse replacement but since the experience was so good I asked them to replace the spark plugs as well. The parts weren't in stock but they tracked them down quickly, in time for the pick up time we'd discussed. Miguel told me to have my kid ask for him personally and he would walk him over to the cashier and give him the keys. A big thanks to Miguel and everyone at Gridley Country Ford for solving what was a nightmare situation for us with professionalism, competence and compassion.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience. I spoke with Phil over the phone regarding a Ford Explorer that was on the lot. We made an appointment late in the afternoon, but he was able to accommodate us earlier in the day without a problem. He was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle (especially for being newer to the company). Ed was wonderful in helping us get our approval and was also a pleasure to speak with. He even gave us a few tips on selling our vehicle ourselves since we decided not to trade it in. After we went to Jeff to do the finance paperwork and he was also wonderful and a pleasure to work with. It was an overall amazing experience and we are so happy with our new vehicle. To top it all off, they helped me set up my phone to my vehicle, washed my car, and filled the tank completely. This was my first experience with buying a vehicle and the whole staff made it comfortable, painless, and enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending them.

Dwight with the service team was such a relief to work with! I had some pain in the arse requirements to keep me comfortable in Covid times, and they didn't make me feel like an alien in requesting them and were so perfectly accommodating to meet me at my comfort level. They quoted me the price before bringing it in (new tires for my RV), stuck to that quote, and did a point to point inspection that brought me no bad news which is remarkable for a 2001 Dodge, because I'm sure they could've come up with something. They were honest and overly accommodating.
