The owner of this dealership is a completely incompetent idiot. I was willing to spend $5k today on a Subaru Outback and he decided to cuss me out instead. I'll be reporting him to BBB as well....also don't buy cars from this guy...if he treats people like this ....imagine how he treats his cars for sale...he even admitted to screwing people over ....see the texts attached below ....

The add said in house financing. Called & confirmed, drove an hour to get there. Once there, told cash only!!! Oh, I'm sorry, i dont normally walk aroud with 8k- 15k complete wast of my time.

This is my business and I have been doing business for 23 years. I am glad to be retiring within the next year. The public has got so bad with all of the social media outlets that just allow ANYONE to post ANYTHING about ANYONE!My business has been successful and I have made a lot of customers happy. The few on here that have posted are the extreme example of what social media has driven me too!

So Mr. Hansen doesn't even belong to BBB. I bought a car a couple of years ago here, paid cash and was not too surprised when I had to put some money into it. I had been treated fairly with the first car so recommended them to my friends. Unfortunately, I needed another car and drove back there for another car. I was trying to choose between two cars when the owner recommended I buy a 2003 Ford Focus because it had low miles on engine and it would get good mileage since I'd stated I needed a dependable, inexpensive car (I'm 78 yrs old on limited income). Within 10 days of driving it off the lot the transmission developed slippage and clunking in the transmission. I called Mr. Hanse, the owner and told him the situation and asked if he'd be willing to take this car back and trade for one of the other two I'd actually shown interest in. He actually shouted \

If I could give no stars I would. Dwight has posted on Facebook claims to be selling for this business has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER. He is on Facebook calling people fu**yards and saying things that are shaming people for their comments. I would absolutely never give a business like this my money. How dare you treat people like that and expect anyone to shop at your business.

Came in around 930 or so, the process was quick and easy. The 30 bucks makes it worthwhile versus having to go to the DMV. I recommend anyone who comes across this review to give this place your business. It will make your life easier.

This place will make your life so much easier pertaining to DMV The owner is very knowledgeable about any type of DMV paper work. Hours are amazing even on Saturdays and If need be you can call and talk directly to the owner no message machines or automated persons. Also he seems to have quit a inventory when it comes to used cars but without the hassle of a sales person.

Went in to look at a couple cars I had gone over and weighed pros and cons for and ended up walking away with a beautiful SUV. Owner was very responsive and kind. Would definitely work with him again.
