“The people at Sierra Central credit union have always been very professional, yet polite and home town friendly and always help me with whatever issues I may have. You don't get bogged down with "big bank" red tape BS and they're easy to get a hold of and talk with.I think any issues people may have is because they expect big bank operations from a credit union and don't understand what the differences may be.I've had accounts there for years and have never had a problem. So, don't listen to other people, even me. Just go down and talk to them yourself and find out if they're the match for you.”
“This is the second time I've come to this location. This customer service is super friendly. From the security guard outside to the tellers to the manager of the bank they are all very friendly and they go above and beyond. I guess I'm one of those special people that always ask her extra stuff and they always do it for me without making me wait for a long time. Today I asked for a key for the deposit box and they were super accommodating. Look forward to having a nice business relationship with them.”

“I've been banking with Tri Counties bank for only a couple months now but all the employees have been nice and helpful!! Sheryl or Cheryl who helped me close my account yesterday and open a new one, is my absolute Angel! Not only is she beautiful on the outside but she is beautiful on the inside. She was so patient. So kind. Made me feel comfortable. And I slept great last night after she helped me with my bank account problem. She was very compassionate and genuine. If more people in this World were like HER.... our World would be a much more peaceful place!!!”
