Great customer service thanks to Alex and Julio. Walked in just to ask them questions about my claim for my phone. Ended up walking out with a new (& better) phone than my old one. They also assisted with choosing the right phone for me. Thank you guys appreciate it.

Thats all good to share this with your team but meantime i habe another defective device thats basically useless so sharing with your team does me no good i did file another complaint about this on bbb

Just a terrible experience. I went in to switch from T-mobile to Metro, and it was just delay after delay. Worst part was telling me I was "five minutes away" until two hours of waiting later, it was now "thirty minutes away". Awful. Avoid at all costs.
