Employee call cops on two filming on the sidewalk then employee tell the cops we don't want them in our bank .your employees need fired .male tall skinny black employee called .he has filed a lawsuit on the police department.next he will filing a lawsuit against you civil rights voltion .it's called banking while black.this disgusting

This place has been going down hill ever since they have hired the incompetent manager by the name of Natalia. She’s useless and has to replace her staff faster than she replaces her underwear. Nobody likes her. You would think that Chase would realize the incompetent person they have placed in charge of one of their Banks. Go to the King City Branch or as a matter of fact, go to Wells Fargo! Just stay away from here.

Whats the piont of posting hours of operation when they are always closed. They close and open the bank as they desire. Went there last saturday multipe time and bank closed all day. Its an ongoing issue with this location.

Horrible customer service. Guest and patrons beware the manager Natalia is rude and of no help. After going in to dispute a reoccurring charge she charged $30 to my account to stop reoccurring charges. I left called CHASE and they not only refunded me my $30 but refunded me the unauthorized reoccurring charges. It was a waste of time trying to talk to the branch manager. Love CHASE but this branch needs competent manager.

Everytime I enter the Greenfield Chase Bank, a bank associate comes up and in a very loud voice starts to ask everyone in line what kind of bank transaction they are there for. Right in front of everyone you are having to tell about your bank transaction, how much your depositing or withdrawing. I don't appreciate having to announce my bank business to everyone in the line. Isn't that why we wait in line far enough away from the tellers booth so we can bank privately and confidently. While I was in line I heard many poeple saying they were making cash withdrawals and exactly how much they were taking out. How safe is that? What if the wrong person over heard that you had just withdrew this amount of cash, and decided to rob you in the parking lot. Or follow you home and rob you. Why is Greenfield Chase Bank not thinking about the safety of their customers. I told the bank associate that I did not feel comfortable announcing my bank transactions where everyone could hear me. She was so rude. She said that I still had to give her the information. This just shows the lack of consideration and professionalism for their customers safety and privacy. Greenfield Chase Bank please tell me you can do better.
