“A nice, quiet, serene place for mom. These apartments were definitely made with older folks in mind. There are levers on the doors, instead of door knobs, which make opening doors, if one has arthritic hands, much easier. There are peepholes at a standard eye level, as well as one located lower on the door, for folks who happen to be wheelchair bound. The kitchen is functional and easy to access. Bathrooms are large and roomy, and can easily accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. The grounds on this property are well maintained, and have a zen like feel. I believe every unit has a balcony or patio for plants, bikes, patio furniture and the like. There is also an elevator available for those who need it.”

“Rosario, Ernesto & Mike are wonderful people. Had an opportunity to develop a relationship with them, which is not common in a complex this large. Enjoyed our downstairs unit. Kitchen sink looked out window with purple flowering bushes that attracted hummingbirds - a treat! Our unit in Bldg. 101 wasn't too noisy - my teenage boy possibly contributed to that. We had to relocate further north - management was fair with charges against deposit upon exit. I was raised in a back-then small town of Milpitas, so Greenfield was a good fit for me. Everything is so close in town. I appreciated the City's activities in town & the adjacent park. I felt comfortable with my son walking, biking or scootering around town. Will miss Greenfield terribly. Keep safe Greenfield!”
