Very impressed! All the way through from the sales process through the installation, everything went so very smoothly. The crew who did the installation were wonderful; they completed the work earlier than expected and did a great job of cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderfully professional and also personable, helping to walk us through an important and costly project and carry it through to a beautiful end! We love our new windows and the customer service from Window Factory so much that we just hired them again for our entire upstairs!
