“Beautiful shop... My friends and I stopped in, and I found a beautiful sterling silver ring with a light blue stone. The owner offered great customer service and was very welcoming. A couple weeks later one of the stones fell out. I sent it back and he called me personally and then offered to replace it at no charge. Love that he offered and paid for shipping too. “An inviting women's clothing boutique located in Novato's Pacheo Plaza, not far off of 101.I was on my way to grab dinner at Active Culture, just across the parking lot. The vibrant spring colors at Bella drew me in. It was almost closing time, but the lovely sales associates let me browse and try on a few items. The store is beautifully arranged with contemporary women's clothing, bags, jewelry, and accessories, as well as some home/gift items like pillows, candles, and more. The clothes are grouped in color families, which really makes for such a pleasant shopping experience.I tried on a handful of items and found a summer sweater to take home. I'll definitely stop in again when next in the area. And, they have locations in San Anselmo, Greenbrae, and Mill Valley.”

“Robin at Marin Jewelers Guild saved me! I had a unique beaded necklace made by a woman from Argentina who used to sell her handmade pieces at the Larchmont Street Fair in Los Angeles. One side had worn out and I took it to another "jeweler" in San Rafael who did a very fast, very shoddy job re-stringing it, even rudely contradicting my complaints when I returned it them to do over. So I left them behind and took the necklace to the Jewelers Guild who referred Robin, and paid to have it re-strung correctly. She did a perfect job, with such kindness and expertise! Her communication was great and her skills are stellar. I. highly recommend this beautiful shop and its artisans to anyone. Support your local artisans and go!”

“This store has a lot of nice glass art, and it is good to ship all over the world, but that is not the reason I gave 5 start. The reason I gave the store five start because I bought bag that is not in stock. I paid almost $300 dollars in advance and waited for them to ship to me. After a few days, the boss told me they cannot find the bag I want for me. Then they return all the money back to my account. It was a quick process. Actually, at that time I was already back to Boston. If they don't want to return the money to me, I have no idea how to deal with that. But this store is honest, dependable and credible. I would recommend you to buy things here, because you would not worried about your purchasing experience. Thanks Ron again for your excellent service!”
“I called very last minute for a tarot reading. Melusina answered the phone. Melusina was so warm and welcoming and encouraged me to come to the store and reassured me that she would make the reading happen. I knew I was in good hands at that point because I desperately needed some insight into a difficult situation that was bringing up big emotions for me. When we sat down and she asked me my question for the cards, I immediately tried to explain my difficult situation which I was struggling to formulate into a question. I really have had no need for it as it just takes up space. Finally my better half suggested we sell it all to Collectible Coins and Jewelry in Mill Valley. Seriously I have passed this place millions of times and never knew it was here. Dealing with Carter is a true pleasure: He is honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We spent probably an hour cutting stuff up to get at the gold or silver....and was honestly shocked how much we got paid for it all. Totally honest and you get paid on spot. P.S.
