Candace helped us buy and sell our home in Marin, and she is simply the best. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was a huge asset, as we sold our house off-market for well over our asking price! She brings so much energy and passion to the listing, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about the Marin real estate market having lived and raised a family here. I remember meeting Candace at an open house for a seller she was representing, and after seeing her in action we knew that she was the agent we wanted to work with. We just wished that she worked on the east coast, so that she could help us buy our new home there. There is no reason to work with anyone else in Marin - just reach out to Candace and she will do an amazing job whether you are buying or selling!

We were absolutely thrilled with the way Candace took charge of getting our home on the market in the best possible position. Candace and her team were always positive and upbeat, and were great problem solvers! While we were busy with downsizing and packing, she lined up her team to work around our moving schedule so we didn't have to spend any of our own time and attention on that. And when we had to leave some things behind for a few days because we hadn't fully packed, she made sure that her team was able to work around that as well. When we walked in before the sale to see how her team had staged it, we were blown away (the house had never looked so fashionable when we lived there)! She told us that her intent was to have it sell quickly-- and 4 days after the first open house we were in contract. We would enthusiastically recommend her to everyone. Our entire experience with her can be summarized as "don't worry, we'll take care of it". And she did.

Candace and Keith are FIVE STAR quality. (I'd give 6 stars if I could). If you want professionalism, great work ethic, tremendous competence all wrapped up on a super pleasant demeanor, go nowhere else. Hire them NOW! (And Candace is very savvy on pricing - she'll get you the absolute best deal).

We worked with Candace and Keith Nordstrom to both purchase one condo and sell another during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. They went above and beyond anything we could have imagined from a realtor team. The condo we sold had been a rental, so it needed some work. Even though trades professionals were in very short supply, Candace and Keith had a team they could count on. With Keith as project manager overseeing the painters, carpet installers, electricians, cleaners, stagers and others, the condo looked amazing in a matter of weeks. We received multiple offers over our asking price. Candace helped us weigh our options, so we could select the most viable, high offer.When it came time to purchase a condo, Candace helped us understand what was happening in the current real estate market and what we could reasonably expect. With her guidance, we were able to find a wonderful condo without a lot of churning, and she negotiated expertly with the seller on our behalf. Throughout the entire buying process, we felt that Candace truly had our best interests at heart.For anyone looking for a real estate team that is honest, really knows the market, will work tirelessly on their clients' behalf and has long-term relationships with trades professionals, we can't recommend Candace and Keith highly enough. They were a pleasure to work with!

I'm not sure there are words to describe the incredibly positive experience we had selling our family home with Candace and Keith Nordstrom. From the day we introduced them to the house until the closing day, the Nordstroms were attentive to every detail.Our family home was in decent shape after 70 years; however, there were areas that needed attention in order to sell. Candace and Keith took the property and transformed it in a short time into something beautiful and attractive. From cleanup to inspections to repairs, they handled it, all the while being very cost conscious and responsible.Here are a few of the many reasons why everyone should consider working with Candace and Keith Nordstrom. Integrity: This is huge in the real estate market. There was not one moment where we ever felt uncomfortable or like they were trying to cover or hide anything from us or any potential buyers. They have high standards, and don't vacillate from them. Knowledgeable: They knew the area, the market, and what buyers in that area wanted. Their advice to us was always tempered with sound experience. Pricing property correctly is extremely important, and they helped us price the property in order to guarantee success. Having knowledge of local laws and codes is paramount to having a smooth sale process, and they were aware of those issues every step of the way. Professional: Extremely good at what they do; always checking with us on decision making. They asked for input from other realtors and didn't try to be lone rangers. They had dozens of contacts of people to do work at and around the house. Enthusiastic: This quality about them was effusive. Their positive but realistic attitudes gave us comfort and hope because they weren't blindly optimistic.Some other words to describe them: Gracious, flexible, good humored, even-keeled, visionary, intuitive, and, most of all, hard working. The house sold well, not because they listed it and waited for people to buy, but because they worked hard at it. They earned it.Because of the qualities above and more, the house sold in 10 days at quite a bit over the asking price. All of us were astounded.We can't thank them enough, and we are writing this in hopes that those reading will be convinced and persuaded to have the same experience with them as we did.
