“I recently had to visit this location with my grandma due to a voicemail she received about an issue with a deposit she had made on a Friday. I had to calm her down throughout the weekend letting her know we will handle it Monday. When Monday arrived we tried calling but no answer so we decided to drive over and show up in person. Thankfully there was no line at all, but before even making it up to the teller we were told that their system was currently down. We were just going to ask for a somebody in management anyways, so we approached the financial advisor offices along the side and explained the issue to one of them. She was then able to have us meet/speak with a manager named Shilu (my apologies if spelled incorrectly). Shilu was beyond amazing! She was very welcoming, respectful and polite the first minute we entered her office. She listened, clearly explained the issue, and every question we asked her responding answers made it just so easy to understand. She gathered our information and said she would look into the issue and give us a call when things get resolved. Usually when businesses say that it usually takes a week or longer for them to call back or not even call at all and one has to call them to ask. Not this time though! Shilu literally called the very next day on Tuesday morning to give an update and let us know there was nothing to worry about and that everything was resolved and good to go. She even said greetings to my 3 year old cousin which she remembered her name! Overall, if it wasn't for Shilu I would have gave BofA just one star, but she definitely provided the most outstanding and excellent service I've received doing banking. Thank you for all the help Shilu, it's greatly appreciated! (And again, I apologize if I got the spelling of the name wrong)”
