We had a excellent experience working with Youngs Carpet One. Megan at the front Desk gave a warm welcome everytime we stopped by, We were able to take samples home, which helped us match our existing flooring. Chuck was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process! Terri, who came out for the estimate was very informative, and I won't be able to say enough about Eric, our installer, who just did an outstanding job, We really appreciated his craftsmanship and his professionalism. I would highly recommend and would seek them out again for any future flooring solutions.

The store had everything I needed for two separate projects and handled all my requests easily and timely. I have experienced terrible customer service almost everywhere I shop, until coming to Young's Carpet One. Cori has restored my faith that customer service does indeed exist. She has been helpful, communicative, follows up as promised, is efficient and knowledgeable, and is very professional. I highly recommend this store for your flooring needs and suggest that you ask for Cori for a quality professional experience.

The team at Young's provided our family with over the top all around service to install our laminate flooring throughout our house.
Brittany worked with us from the initial consultation, the entire order to the best way to protect the flooring, and answered all our questions along the way. As we were prepping the floor ourselves, Morgan had stopped by a few times to ensure that the sub-floor was ready. And, Nick did an outstanding job on the installation - really took great care as if it was his own house.
As with any project, there were some unforeseen bumps where the entire team made us feel at ease, and with patience, helped us work through this delay.
I would highly recommend Brittany and her team. When we are ready for carpets, we will definitely be coming back.

We dealt with Ashley who is very knowledgeable and they have a very large variety. They installed the flooring on time and things went exactly as planned. It's nice to find a responsible company

I could not speak more highly of the team at Youngs Carpet One. My husband and I have spent the last year remodeling our 100 year old home from the ground up.. I don't think we could have gotten through it as efficiently and flawlessly as we did without the assistance of Brittany, Morgan and Ashley. I had a lot of anxiety selecting the right tile, flooring, and carpet for my home and Brittany patiently helped me through each of my design concerns.. looking back on the experience--without her design expertise and suggestions, I don't think I would've been this happy with the results that I got. They are extremely knowledgeable in their craft and because of that, I am completely in love with the results. In addition to that, they really helped me stay within my budget focusing on the whole picture with me all the way through. They have our business for life.

As an interior designer I really value working with businesses that not only provide a great selection of materials, but that provide the support and knowledge of the product throughout the whole process. When I bring my clients to Youngs, I know that I can expect a friendly face and someone who is going to do their best to make sure that our project is a success!
