Used to be a great pharmacy.Apparently, it's now been farmed out to a temp agency? Now it's chaos and long waits.I'm so sorry for all of us patients and the crew behind the pharmacy window.Someone really dropped the ball here.

Used to be good really gone downhill alot. They gave me wrong dates more then once. In the middle of moving had to call and find out what date I could pick everything up at once and was told the next day only to be told when we got there that no its not due till the next next day. Then to call to double check that statment I called again to be told no next week. How bad to they have to be to get it wrong that many times. Then they clamed someone called and left me a message about the correct dates only to go see and yep no message only a missed call. So not being honest to boot. This used to be great pharmacy and never had these isssus. I am glad we are moving and wont have to deal with them much longer. Good grief.

I've been waiting 16 months to obtain a primary care physician, At the same time, I went to urgent care and they could not prescribe the needed medication; I was given a referral to a specialist. I had an appt. to a GP in February and it was cancelled the doctor transferred to another dept. I never received a call from this dept for a new GP. I've called numerous times in the past year and a half and explained the problem. Finally I receive an appt, NO GP, but a PA that had absolutely no bedside manner and zero personality. This person could not answer any of my pertinent questions and even gave me sub-standard advice. As of November, WSMC farmed me out to three specialists, mostly un-needed but over an hour away. The ENT doctor was in Marysville and was below general acceptability, I can enumerate the number of ways, and still the issue for the Ear, Nose, and Throat treatment has not been resolved. I am still awaiting the other two specialist appts, one at Roseville-Sutter which is 45 miles away. I cannot contact or speak to a live human. If I leave a msg, they give themselves 24 hours to respond, if I happen to miss this call the whole saga continues endlessly!

The dentist is the best thing, the clinic has Dr Chavez! The P.A.'s I would not let them give me a flu shot. The P.A.'s that are there now.10/20/23 You be better off going to the ER at the hospital. Any business that has a high turnover rate in Personnel like this clinic does. Is a RED FLAG WARNING. I've been going there for the last 10 years. It has gone downhill BIG TIME.

This place is a joke, its understaffed with rude workers with their heads in their asses, doctors can't even show up for their apt times but the patient is suppose to be on time. Worst doctors office in town from my personal experience.

This place sent my husband home to "wait it out" after having severe abdominal pain all day and he ended up having emergency surgery at Sierra Nevada two hours later. This place is a JOKE. Horrible patient care!!

When traveling to the Grass Valley area I had 3 sets of sutures needing removal. They were taken care of efficiently, dealing with out of state insurance can be problem but was handled without problems.

I was very pleased to have an urgent Care facility not only available in Grass Valley, but open on weekends! The receptionist was very kind and considerate. The medical assistant was brusk but nice, and the PA, Marcie, was efficient and jovial. Like most walk-in medical clinics, there was a long wait, but that's to be expected. It's not easy working with the public, so sometimes employees can get impatient or dismissive, but my experience at Western Medical was quite pleasant, and I'm thankful that they're here.

This medical clinic is awful. The ladies at the front desk have no sense of common sense or reliability and the competency is beyond low. They lost medical records for my daughter they reschedule and tell you the wrong time of appointment then give no heads up call for any upcoming appointment. I would not bring myself or my kids to this clinic every again. I advise other looking into it to look elsewhere and make that drive somewhere else.

This is among the worst health clinic in town. The receptionists often gossip about patients when you are waiting in the waiting room, this is my BIGGEST problem. It's very hard to bear when you are sick. Their phone systems are perpetually not working, and getting an appointment with your provider? Forget about it!! They book 6 months out! There is a quest lab on location but it's slightly confusing if you have to wait in line, as there is a take-a-number system that isn't honored or monitored by anybody. The receptionist back there is for another department, she went out of her way to tell me this. My last visit to their urgent care was awful, and I wasn't attended to by a medical assistant or physician to take my vitals, they never did this, and my reason for the visit was that I happened to be near the building when I began having an acute asthma attack. No blood pressure reading or pulse check. They did test me for COVID. I waited quite awhile in a computer room to be seen which was pretty smart actually, once I was attended to. The doc on duty simply reassigned my usual inhaler, which I reported to him as not working well enough recently for my exacerbated symptoms. He told me my lungs "sounded great." They have some great doctors and PAs there, despite this. I simply don't have the patience any longer to endure the other pitfalls. Excellent pediatrics for the kiddos at GV location and the Auburn location have friendlier staff over all, if you have the means to travel. Across the board, they do not have anyone there that really knows about California medicaid, this is a major concern I wonder if other people have? Please reply if you know differently! You must ask directly to your doctor for an "out of network referral," if you need care outside of the network and Medi-Cal will cover the costs! I learned this recently by calling the number on the back of my insurance card, and basically vocalizing my disdain for "rudeness in the healthcare system," but never from a doctor or public health worker in over 20 years on public aid? Dental care is different. The dentist at WSMC in GV was basically uninformed and unprofessional, blasting pop music while he examined my child's teeth for the first time. We had to stop going there due to lack of coverages and difficulty getting referrals or much needed external resources.

The doctors, urgent care, and everybody else at this location is fantastic, but avoid their pharmacy like the plague. Nobody seems to know how to read numbers, or keep track of their inventory. They'll "forget" to order medication, or just flat out say your doctor didn't send the right prescription, when they did. Highly lazy or just extremely disorganized and inefficient. The long drive and having to pay out of pocket adds up way too much for me to ever consider going here again.

The staff here are always rude. They've given me the wrong prescription, said that they sent a request to refill and didn't, and generally have been wildly unpleasant. Pharmacies are supposed to be empathetic and helpful and I've found this one to be anything but.

Urgent care is excellent. Fast and professional. Staff was helpful and educational. Front desk was amazing with helping me get paperwork completed quickly and getting me in the back to be seen.

So I had a review a few years ago about how this clinic was not organized, people don't care and literally don't intend on doing anything positive. It's still true today. After several calls talking to one lead admin I complained because my kid's doctor point blank told me he didn't see a very important note and couldn't find important documentation in the file. I physically walked it into them. I asked how they thought this level of bad faith and incompetence was allowed. The admin said that she had discussed it with me and the next day the doctor called me. I called the admin right after that and waited three weeks for a response. Her response to all this? Well I let the doctor know and he can call you back. Proof they don't listen and nothing anyone says matters. When I'm expressing concern for something to do with my child maybe show a little more concern. Unbelievable! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! FIND ANOTHER CLINIC!
