I believe Rick, a second generation shop owner, may be the best Mercedes mechanic in the world, and you'll never meet a nicer guy. I'm not exaggerating.

Rick worked on my mother in laws 2001 Mercedes. It had numerous small but unsolved problems. Rick analyzed and found the problem was in the cars computer system. Very impressed can’t imagine finding another with that expertise.

Rick has been taking care of our Mercedes for 4 years now, and he is fantastic. He does great work, is intuitive when it comes to diagnosing problems, and is very reasonably priced. He makes owning and maintaining a Mercedes a reasonable prospect! A bit out of the way, but I can’t recommend him highly enough!
