I stood there for over 15 minutes while 4 tellers stood around and BS'd at the window with one customer. And they were literally just bsing with a casual conversation. And I was the only other customer in the bank.

Closing early on Saturday. Before posted time on door. People inside, not yet time but they want to go home early. Lost atm took until Monday to get to my account. Closing account.

Very rude and unhelpful. The manager of this branch is the problem. I have banked here for many years and never had a problem until now.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! makes things very difficult when your APP is broken too for making appointments. Might be time to pull all my money out and start banking else where!

I like Wells Fargo Bank ‼️ And They were the first bank account I had as a Teenager,53yrs ago ⏳ I've tried other Banks, but I always felt more at Home ? With the Stagecoach ??✌️?

The branch manager is very rude and she treats employees and customers very badly, I don't understand how Wells Fargo can have someone like that as a manager. I cannot close my accounts there for now, but will do so in the future.

I wouldn't recommend going to this branch. The blond counter manager lady is not very business friendly. She is rude and unhelpful. I cashed a check just fine one day, then when i went back 2 days later to cash another check from the same clients and she was there this time. She wouldnt except the same id that i used the last time i was there to cash a check. She changes her policies based on a whim. So I just went to another branch in grass valley on sutton way and they cashed it just fine. I was going to open my business account there, but now im going to bank with another institution. One of the worst experiences in customer service ive ever had. Also im in a wheelchair, so she wasted an hour of my time to load and unload myself into my van. Ill never go back here. Now i tell everyone i know, to not bank with wells fargo.

Not only this branch, but Wells Fargo in General is just a terrible bank. They are so slow, and treat your money like it's theirs. I didn't ever feel like they valued me as a customer. Will not be doing business with them again.

People are very friendly, and their investment strategies have been helpful, but getting anything unusual done is like pulling teeth. An elderly family member is in a convalescent hospital cannot come in to do her banking, and the bank simply does not know how to deal with that--either on the 800 service line or at the local branch. They say they will call back or follow up, and they don't. Wells is very nice, but their customer service is horrible!

I had a difficult experience more than a few times at this particular branch.One day.... Some of the management were very moody and irritable. They hustled me around to two different windows, because of computer "issues". They read my account number out loud, and above all, They managed to be very fake about their care for me and my needs that day. I even got a snobby comment about how i should be more patient. ( I simply wanted to deposit and withdraw a small amount of money. - Nothing Major) The teller that was "trying" to help me was in-experienced and although there was multiple "management" types walking around none of them were monitoring her or responding to her cry's for help. It took me over 50 minutes to despot my check and withdraw 50$. I would rather drive across town 10 minutes and wait 40 more minutes in lines, then to spend 5 more in this Mill Street Branch. For a Brand as large as wells fargo, You would imagine the same Great Quality Treatment "I have Learned to love" at every branch you go to. Well this is the ONLY branch i have been to that has treated me like this... I hope they step up there game or get new people behind that counter. They will not see my business for much longer if this continues.
